Much attention has been paid to the management in recent years due to the advancing of globalization.This paper selects the Eastern and Cross Cultural Management(Part ?),which explores eastern management style from the perspective of its economy,politics and culture.It is a rare cross-cultural management book focusing on the eastern countries,especially India.Based on the feature of Eastern and Cross Cultural Management(Part ?),this paper adopts the translation strategies including compensation through the four-character structures,annotations and subject transformation,aiming at settling the rhetoric,professional vocabulary and passive sentences which arose in the original.It attempts to express the style of language in the original to the fullest,thus conveying the author's opinions about the management with an attempt to ensure that through this translation practice,some references for translation practice of management works could be provided to some extent.
