This report takes Stakeholder Theory: The State of the Art as its translation material, which mainly regarding economic management. This paper analyzes the practical problems encountered in the process of translation. The translation of the source text can be regarded as the tool which we know and understand the current enterprise management. According to the genre features and text type, it deals with the translation errors which frequently appeared in this translation. It mainly includes of negation sentences and syntactic passive sentences, and provides the corresponding translation strategies. In terms of negation, four translation strategies, amplification, division, conversion of translation and literal translation, are proposed in this paper. The paper also presents the specific translation case analysis of syntactic passive sentences based on the previous researchers. Hopefully, these translation strategies can draw some conclusions for the future translation practices of economic management texts.
