| Based on the “music associations in Anti-Japanese democratic base area Yan’an” during the Anti-Japanese War period(1937 – 1945),this thesis makes a systematic research on this issue,intended to summarize the construction and development,functional performances and artistic achievements of the music associations in Yan’an base area so as to elaborate the contribution and influence of the Yan’an music associations on the literary construction of the base area and on promoting the development of Chinese modern music.This thesis consists of three chapters: The first chapter reviews the origin,historical background,the characteristics and the development of the music associations in Yan’an base area,accordingly sums up the construction and development of music associations.Then the second chapter states the functional performances of the music associations in Yan’an base area from three aspects: theoretical research,artistic dissemination and social practices.The third chapter analyzes and summarizes the artistic achievements of the music associations in Yan’an base area from three aspects of the creative field and talents training and social impact.In the end,it comes to a conclusion that the music associations in the anti-Japanese democratic base area Yan’an which carried both of the inheritance and development,integration and transformation,has developed plenty of literary talents for the new China and has made striking contributions to the propaganda of the party’s ideology and policy.It is also of vital importance in the historical process of modernization of Chinese music,laying a solid foundation for the development of Chinese music in the future,and playing an essential role in the prosperity and development of Chinese music in 21 th Century. |
