Research On The Valuation Of Cultural Copyrights

Along with the prosperity and development of China's cultural industry and the increasing demand for cultural industry,the value assessment system of cultural products remain to be established and perfected.There is lack of an evaluation criteria and system which can be recognized by the market.As an important intellectual property right,it is of great significance to make an effective evaluation of the economic value of the copyright,which is conducive to the optimal portfolio and rational allocation of enterprise assets and the long-term development of enterprises.The current methodology,which is adopted to study the domestic and foreign copyright value assessment,is mainly the income approach.The model method,which is widely used,is single and lacking in the combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis.Lot of researches and analyses are based on the assessment of the value of intangible assets,rather than being combined with characteristics of copyright.Considering the current situation of research and the defects of traditional income approach,this paper introduces the real option method to evaluate the value of copyright.The real option method,which takes into consideration the option characteristics of copyright,can effectively grasp the uncertainty and flexibility of the resulting value.The detailed structure is as follows.Firstly,this paper summarized the domestic and foreign research theories and methods,and the advantages and disadvantages of the three traditional methods.Then,the real option pricing method is put forward,and the core idea of copyright value evaluation is constructed.Then,this paper starts from the perspective of the copyright transaction,with knowledge of game theory based modeling,and put forward the Duopoly Option Game Model,an assessment of the value of copyright,and analyze the mechanism of impact on the value of copyright from the angle of game competition.Finally,the paper summarizes the full text and puts forward some suggestions about the valuation of the copyright value.
