These three constructions often appears in the soft news and daily expressions, enriching and perfecting the expressions of degree category in modern Chinese.Of course, this kind of new high-degree constructions also have some differences. For example,"X de buyaobuyao de" can comment on the things happened and the things not happened, but "yaobuyao zheme X" and "buyaotai X" are just used for the things happened, although all of them belong to the new high-degree constructions. When it comes to the development tendency "yaobuyao zheme X" is still in the period of popular fixed format, however,there is a possibility for it to develop into the period of idiom fixed format someday we believe.
