The documentary<<The Old Defender>>tells us a story between an ancient house and it’s fifth generation’s defender Zhenya Li.From this film,we can see the history of the ancient house,know the influences from government and public opinion,and understand the reason why the attitude of Mr.Li is so negative.The film’s shooting used the 4K frames skill by IPhone6s Plus,the whole film is 30 minutes.It took 9 months to shoot and 1 month to post production,except a little quotative material,the director did every process by myrself.From created attitude,the reasons,shooting process,post productions and the conclusions constitute this work.The chapter 1 gives us the reasons about the selection of the materials and it’s reliability,it also talk about the characteristic of the person who was been shoot and the relationship between he and director.The second part named the shooting process introduce the director’s shooting style when she was shoot and the thought of photographer’s work in detailed.What’s more,in the post production part,we can see the ways that the director use to collating the materials and control the time line to make the story reliability.At last,in the conclusion part,from her own practical experience,the author contract the beneficial and insufficient of the shooting way that one single man take camera by hand,it tells us the thought and suggestion of materials selection of the documentary as well.
