It can be seen that the original meaning of "Zi" is "nose" from its first text . In addition, there are "oneself', "from, by", "natural" and other extended meanings. The meaning of "oneself" results from the human's certain understanding towards the wold around, representing the sprouting self-consciousness. Based on the meaning of"oneself","Zi" further extended the meaning of"from,by". "Zi Cong" means that the subject covers the relationship between the subject (here) and the object world (the other), enriching the connotation of "Zi" while the word class is blurred. "Nature"refers to the object world that corresponds to the subject. It is a fact that the subject is projected to the object world in order to make it subjective by using "Zi" refers to the object world.Consciousness is the result of a person's self-consciousness, which the human separate themselves from the outside world. In order to achieve harmony with the outside world, human persons built a series of principles and norms for themselves, which is Gennany. Germany is the product of conscientiousness. If consciousness is the norm to oneself, then freedom is the true pursuit of inner nature.Chuang-tzu's freedom is divided into two layers: one is natural freedom accorded with the nature, and one is the absolute freedom depended on nothing. The former needs people not to interfere with things, making them develop as their nature to get freedom. At the same time, people do not set their own ideas to limit themselves, but to comply with instinctive desires to achieve freedom. The latter requires people to put aside their own paranoia, but to transcend the secular to achieve the freedom. "Nature" proposed by Lao Tzu mainly stresses inaction, which means not to affect anything by human beings so that all things can grow according to the nature, and not to be dedicated to the establishment of values, making people free from the blind pursuit . As the characteristics of human nature, freedom and consciousness emphasize the productive labor is conscious and purposeful, and people's conscious production activities are contemplated by their own as the object.
