With the rise of China’s traditional culture,economic and social development and people’s lives are extremely rich.Guzhengreceived more and more people’s attention and love.However,there is contradiction between supply and demand imbalance between scarcity of teacher and increase of guzheng education demand.Therefore,Collective class mode will be widely used in guzheng teaching.At present the guzheng collective class is still in the exploratory stage,not mature.But guzheng scholars have summarized many advantages of collective class.On the basis of learning the experience of others,according to the author’s own teaching practice,this paper studies a set of composite teaching methods which are in line with the actual needs of the collective teaching mode.By combining the three modules of collective,individual and interactionin the collective class,we can not only ensure the full play of the advantages of the collective class,but also try to ensure the effectiveness as teaching one to one.At the same time,the author also put forward the need to ensure that the quality of collective class work,including teaching materials,teachers,grouping and classroom design.
