At present,the phenomenon of the dance activities of children is becoming more and more common.Due to various factors,there is not a scientific quantitative standard of the training methods,training content and training intensity of children dance.Aiming at this phenomenon,this paper tries to comprehensively apply the fitness theory to the teaching of child dance from the perspective of the diversity and inclusiveness of the teaching of child dance.It utilizes the human scientific testing standards of the theory to provide corresponding reference for solving a variety of quantitative standards of children dance,so that it can achieve a scientific and orderly development of the teaching of child dance.This paper is divided into three parts: the first part is the introduction which makes a summary from the reason of choosing the topic,concept definition,research status at home and abroad and innovation.The second part is the main body of this paper which has four chapters.In the first chapter,it introduces the concept of physical fitness theory and infant physical fitness and the current development status.In the second chapter,it has a statistical analysis of teaching objectives,teaching process,the evaluation of teaching by questionnaire survey for providing the reference to the following experiments.In the third chapter,it discusses the relevance and common characteristics between the physical fitness theory and the teaching of child dance for providing theoretical support to the application of physical fitness theory in the teaching of child dance from the perspective of training principle,following rules and goals.In the fourth chapter,it analyzes the feasibility of the application of physical fitness theory in the teaching of child dance through experimental method which use the way of measuring and lesson design.The third part is the conclusion.It makes a summary according to scientific application of the fitness theory in the teaching of child dance.It embodies the core idea of “art is not technology” which proposes that the technical difficulty shouldn't be used as the only criteria for evaluating the level of art,and it makes prospect to the development of the teaching of child dance in the future.
