On The Performance Of Chinese Bamboo Flute Transplanted Western Instrumental Music

The Chinese Bamboo Flute is one of the iconic Chinese national musical instruments.More and more bamboo flute arranged music has been written since around the beginning of the 20 th Century,which created a new chapter in the history of Chinese national music.There are abundant articles,books,and journals about Chinese bamboo flute,however,only a few research about bamboo flute transplant music can be found.The current paper will use two contemporary Chinese bamboo flute Arrangement as examples to demonstrate the following four ideas: 1.Summarize the reasons for the generation and development of Arrangement.2.Discuss the differences between the original music and the arranged music through analyzing the style,structure,contrast of the original music.3.Compare the original and arranged music of �Huxuan Dance'and �Czardas'.4.Discuss the meaning of the arrangement and performance of music in the development of Chinese bamboo flute art.In conclusion,the author elaborates the conception and causes of arrangement via practical experience and theories.She possesses the idea of different ages created different traits of bamboo flute music.She thinks in order to make Chinese music stands out from the diversity music in the world,it is important to keep the traditional Chinese culture in bamboo flute music and see foreign music objectively.
