Bai Juyi Group Poetry Research

Bai Juyi is a poet whose suite poems are the most in quantity in the Tang Dynasty,and he is the backbone of writing suite poems in the mid-Tang dynasty.His suite poems has an important meaning and value,so they deserve to be studied.However,academic circles pay less attention to his suite poems at present and the study on his suite poems have not formed the system.Therefore,this thesis wants to discuss Bai Juyi's suite poems specifically on the basisof predecessors.This thesis is divided into three parts:introduction,the theory and the conclusion.The introduction mainly introduces the research situation,the research purpose and significance and defines the concept of suite poems.In this theory,firstly,it examines the origin and development of suite poems and describes the creation of Bai Juyi's suite poems and discusses the reasons why he He writes a lot of suite poems.Secondly,this thesis classifies the contents of his suite poems in order to highlight the rich content and wide range of subjects of his suite poems.Lastly,the thesis analyse the artistic features of suite poems of Bai Juyi in order to highlight the various structure,rhythm innovation and unique title sequence of his suite poems.The conclusion part discusses the inspiration to the later generations in order to highlight the status of his suite poems.Making a special study on Bai Juyi's suite poems has the value for enriching the research findings of suite poems and expand the field of vision of Bai Juyi's poetry research.So it is worth studying deeply.
