Research On The Quotations Of "RUIJUMYOGISHO" And "WAMYORUIJUSHO" From "Er Ya"

“RUIJUMYOGISHO” is a dictionary which was completed in the Insei period for using radicals to look up the Kanji.It is famous for its lexicons which have great value in Japanese Literature,Japanese Linguistics and Japanese History.There are two systems of “RUIJUMYOGISHO” remaining now.“WAMYORUIJUSHO” is completed by Minamotonoshitago in the period of Heian.As an encyclopaedia of terms in Kanji,it plays an important role in the history of Japanese dictionary.On the grouping of vocabulary,it has been great influenced by “Er Ya”,also is an meaningful dictionary to get to know more about the society,customs,practices and systems in that period.“Er Ya” is the oldest dictionary compiled since the period of Zhan'guo to the period of Qianhan.It's one of the Shisanjing which is regarded as an important book of explaining for the old articles in Shijing.After its completion,the explanations and the misunderstandings were also added by the coming dynasties.All the lexicons quoted from “Er Ya” in “RUIJUMYOGISHO” are indirect quotations.So it is necessary for us to make sure that the details of the indirect quotations of “Er Ya”.The purpose of this paper is to review the status of “RUIJUMYOGISHO” and “WAMYORUIJUSHO” also to discuss the dissemination of “Er Ya”.According to their quotation circumstances,the writer is supposed to get aware of the fundamental of cultural communicate between China and Japan.Otherwise,most of the researches focus on the classical books related to “Er Ya” and their quotation circumstances among them in China.On the contrary,relative research on the quotations of “RUIJUMYOGISHO” from “Er Ya” is relatively rare.Therefore,this thesis plans to do a thorough comparison on the quotation part of “RUIJUMYOGISHO” from “Er Ya”,making a full comparison and evaluation in order to get to know well of the quotations from “Er Ya” and the original form of “RUIJUMYOGISHO”.The paper is structured as follows: The first part,the status of “RUIJUMYOGISHO”,“WAMYORUIJUSHO”,and “Er Ya” in the history of China and Japan,also a brief introduction of research background.The second part,a brief introduction of research to “RUIJUMYOGISHO”,“WAMYORUIJUSHO”,and “Er Ya”,also the quotation books of “RUIJUMYOGISHO”,“WAMYORUIJUSHO”.The third part,mainly about the previous research of methods to quotations of “RUIJUMYOGISHO” and “WAMYORUIJUSHO”.According to the research consequence,make conclusions to the influence of “Er Ya” to “RUIJUMYOGISHO” and “WAMYORUIJUSHO” in the region of cultural communication between China and Japan.Finally,the conclusion and the future problems to solve are drawn out.
