| With the deepening of the construction of socialist market economy in our country,people’s material life level has been further improved.However,the overall moral quality of our citizens could not keep up with the rapid social development pace,there are some phenomena of moral anomie,damage others interests and collective interests in the construction of social behavior occurs,causing adverse effects on the development of socialism,improve the citizen moral quality imperative.The existing civic moral problem is closely related to the lack of contract spirit of our citizens.The spirit of contract as a lever to regulate the relationship between the individual and others,the collective and the society plays an important role in regulating individual behavior,building a harmonious society and improving the construction of civic morality.The contract stipulates the rights and obligations of the individual in the society.This article explains why people need to cultivate the spirit of the contract,and abide the citizen ethics from the perspective of personal interests and social ethics,this level is easier to be accepted and understood.And it is a new method and a new path about construction of citizen ethics.This paper consists of three parts:the introduction,the main text and the conclusion.The introduction mainly explains the research background and research significance,the present research situation,the innovation and research methods,which lay a good foundation for the theoretical research of this thesis.The text is divided into five parts,the first part,through the interpretation of the concept of moral and moral relations,the contract relationship and the composition of contractual relations,find out the content of the moral spirit of the contract with the contract and moral link.The second part discusses the connection point of civic morality and contract spirit,which lays a theoretical foundation for the study of civic morality construction based on the spirit of contract.The third part discusses the development of the Western contract theory,showing the positive role of the Western contract theory research in the cultivation of contract spirit,and it has important reference significance for training the citizen contract spirit in our country.The fourth part analyzes the influence of the lack of contract spirit on citizen’s moral construction,and expounds the demand of our civil moral construction for the spirit of contract.In the fifth part,through summing up and analyzing the previous chapters,combined with the social situation,the author have sorted out how to improve the construction of civic morality through training the contract spirit.The conclusion part summarizes the full text,analyzes its own shortcomings and limitations,and expresses the author’s good prospects for this topic.This paper try to apply the concept of contract to improve the citizen moral construction,from which to find solutions with new path of citizen moral construction problems,to achieve higher levels of social civilization. |
