| The postal delivery mechanism consists of three parts:Post,Delivery,Jidipu.The three stage is mainly responsible for the organization,Post shuttles things,important military information transmission,Delivery is mainly responsible for the delivery of mainly military supplies and tribute,Jidipu mainly transfers document.If say the importance of the three central agencies in the operation in Ming Dynasty,it is the Post.But the number of Jidipu is big,only eight palaces is 750 or so.As a huge presence,the role played by it can not be underestimated.Ming Dynasty inherits the Jidipu by Yuan Dynasty,The distribution,operation and houses,soldiers of North Zhili Jidipu has its own unique characteristics.Overall,the number of North Zhili Jidipu is far more than the Post and Delivery.It mainly concentrates in the central,northern of Zhili.Its daily operation is mainly for the soldiers to go hand in hand.The speed of soldiers is three hundred.The management agencies of North Zhili are central and local,which is the direct and main manager.The county goverment sends officials to inspect the Jidipu.Set up the Dipu Xunjiansi in many parts of North Zhili,It responsibles for the public security of Zhili Jidipu.The North Zhili house construction is not consistent,but probably similar.Shop soldiers are physically strong and can easy to travel.Jidipu,Post and Delivery are parts of the relay mechanism of North Zhili in Ming Dynasty,They are different in distribution,organization,personnel and other aspects of treatment.Overall,North Zhili Post,Delivery either in institutional settings or in staff treatment are bigger than Jidipu,which is related to their respective modes of transportation.In the Late Ming Dynasty,the aggravation of the burden and poor management leads the Jidipu and even the entire postal institution abused,eventually making the Jidipu gradually declined. |
