| China’s legal publicity and education system is a collection of systems on legal propaganda and moral education.Legal publicity and education system has been provided by the Shang Dynasty.With the continuous development of society,frequent legislation,increased law,which for legal publicity and education is a great challenge,the attendant is to seek how to meet the limited conditions of legal publicity and education purposes.In ancient China,legal propaganda and education mainly to the king’s will through the legal propaganda and moral education passed on to the public,the people of moral admonition and daily behavior deterrence constraints.This article intends to use the many ancient materials,try to summarize the relevant system,from which to explore the legal publicity and education system in the long history of inheritance and development.This article mainly elaborates the legal propaganda and education system in the early Ming Dynasty,especially the inheritance and creation of the legal system and propaganda and education system of the Ming dynasty Zhu Yuanzhang.Ming emperor Zhu Yuanzhang I attach importance to the legislative and legal propaganda,the reign of the system for the later inheritance.So the beginning of the Ming Dynasty as a legal propaganda and education starting point,is of great significance.This article is divided into three parts to elaborate,the first part is mainly to elaborate the legal propaganda and educational system of historical evolution,some of the propaganda form to do a certain summary.The second part is the main measures to clarify the legal propaganda and education system in the early Ming Dynasty,and to express the "Patent",the publicity and education of the posts,the law of speaking,Shen Mingting and Jing Shanting as the main objects.The third part is to clarify the early Ming legal propaganda and education system on the important influence of later generations,mainly to the Qing Dynasty. |
