The occupation education plays the leading role in the development of social economy, it has also been an unprecedented development in the period of the Republic of China, whether ancient or modern apprenticeship or occupation education is currently being vigorously promoted the construction of occupation education system, which is a true mirror of our vocational education. And as the vocational education develops well, vocational education legislation also naturally generates. In fact, the modern significance of the occupation education Chinese began in the late Qing Dynasty. We elaborate them from the vocational education legislation, the legal system of vocational education legislation and the system of vocational education, etc.History will continue develop, Culture will be also continue. Though the Republic of China period is near to now, but it's completely different from today. The period of the Republic of China is the history of the exploitation of the social system. It is the last old history of China. In the stage of the Republic of China, in China vocational Education legislation began to enter the modern track. Political upheavah pattern confrontation. But we pay more attention to the Vocational Education, and it is the common features to all previous governments. The establishment and promulgation of laws and regulations of the relatively complete vocational education promoted the development of vocational education. So through the study of the evolution of vocational education legislation in the Republic of China, Compare history to a mirror, in order to provide reference for the development of Vocational Education Legislation. Enrich the vocational education legislation's experience of China, To make up for the deficiency of the legislative work of the vocational education in our country,so as to promote the development the Vocational Education's legal system in our country.
