From The Perspective Of Cultural Industry, The Status Quo And Development Of State-owned Literary And Art Groups

"Cultural industry" (culture industry) first appeared in Horkheimer and Adorno's co-author of "Dialectics of enlightenment". Development to today, the cultural industry has become a set numerous industry as one of the major industries, including cultural and creative industries, arts and culture industry, culture and entertainment industry, cultural tourism industry, culture and leisure industry. The thesis regards "State-owned Art Group"of the arts and culture industry as the research subject, and Weinan City opera troupe as the research object.Weinan City Opera Troupe, founded in 1954, is known as the "Weinan Opera Troupe limited liability company". After the restructuring of Weinan City, the unique and innovative ideas of Shaanxi opera troupe that is full of vigor and vitality make the group renewed in the changing environment. In this paper, the Weinan City, Shaanxi opera troupe will make an investigation and analysis of the development status and cultural industry development environment since the reform and opening up to the outside world and cultural system reform.With the gradual improvement of people's living standards, spiritual enjoyment and cultural needs become the focus of concern of the people, the development of drama industry,as an important industry in the culture and art industry, is mainly concentrated in the 2010 after the reform of the cultural system. As an emerging cultural industry in the traditional industries, the development of traditional opera in its own unique way to show their infinite charm in the economic arena. Although influenced by the planned economic system, the development of traditional culture and art performances is not satisfactory, but the situation can be improved with the reform of the cultural system. This paper mainly with investigation, interview and obtain data carries on the analysis of the status quo of the development of "Weinan Qin theater", related social surveys will in a few "Xi'an art group", on the issues that are involved are discussed.This thesis consists of four parts. In the introduction part, the research methods and contents of "Weinan city theatre company" are briefly introduced. The second part of this article will analyze the development environment of the art groups in China's reform and opening up, and briefly describe the development experience of some developed countries. The third part of the "Weinan City Qin Troupe" for investigation and analysis, listing the "Weinan City Qin theater" after the restructuring of the status quo, and then compared. The fourth part puts forward some suggestions and Countermeasures for the development of "Weinan City Theatre" and "Chinese traditional opera".Overall, after the restructuring of the "Weinan City of Shaanxi opera troupe" rapid development with advanced management mode; but from the survey can see the current opera talents extremely is lack of form need innovation and urgently needs to solve the problem of performance and development prospect that is not optimistic. In addition, in recent years the development of Shaanxi Bureau of Weinan City, the group is very worthy of study, in addition to raise the ability of art performance of the opera, we should pay attention to improve the drama innovation idea, strategy and public cultural service function. According to the development of literature and art groups in developed countries, summed up the experience of learning, and put forward the development of the reserve forces of Chinese opera talents and some countermeasures for the development of Chinese opera in the future.
