Personal pronoun is an important and indispensable cohesive device in discourse, and it plays a vital role to carry out effective communication. About personal pronoun, there are already a lot of studies whether in Chinese or Russian, but existing research results are mainly used in Chinese-Russian translation and Russian as a foreign language. The research of teaching Chinese personal pronoun for Russian-speaking students is rare.The innovation of this paper-do synchronic comparison between Chinese and Russian personal pronoun system, find similarities and differences between the two languages, then analyze the errors of Russian-speaking students when they use Chinese personal pronouns, finally apply the results of comparative study and error analysis to teaching Chinese as a second language in order to avoid those errors. This paper consists of five parts.The introduction part mainly elaborates the research significance, research methods and current domestic and overseas research of the two languages personal pronoun, and summarizes the development history of comparative study between Chinese and Russian language. The study tendency of the two languages is from traditional research of voice, vocabulary, grammar study to semantics, pragmatics and discourse direction.The first chapter summarizes the characteristics of personal pronoun of modern Chinese and Russian language, and compares personal pronoun of the two languages. While Chinese and Russian belong to different language families, but because of the influence of western grammar system the modern Chinese personal pronoun still has many similarities with Russian personal pronoun, which help us to analyze the reasons of errors and develop specific teaching strategies for Russian-speaking students.The second chapter has sorted out all the Chinese personal pronoun errors of 82 compositions belonged to Russian students in the "HSK dynamic composition corpus", then analyze the types and main cause of those errors.The third chapter has taken the textbook " Developing Chinese Elementary Comprehensive Course (I)" for example in order to develop detailed teaching strategies, which based on the Russian students' acquisition status of personal pronoun. For teaching personal pronoun focused on the primary stage of learning Chinese, and the foundation of personal pronoun as a cohesive device need to be laid also at an early stage, this paper develops teaching strategies mainly refer to primary Chinese teaching material.The last part cleans the main contents up of this paper.
