This article makes the comparative study on the discourse markers of the Chinese and Korean echoing language in feedback from the aspects of semantics, pragmatics and syntax.In the aspect of semantics,the discourse markers of Chinese echoing language mainly express response, agreement, acception, inference and interrogative.In the aspect of pragmatics, we found that the discourse markers of Chinese and Korean echoing language all have the courtesy function, the function of common feelings, induction function, comprehensive function, confirmation function and emotional expression function. Besides, the discourse markers of Chinese echoing language has the humility function.In the aspect of the syntax, the paper analyzes on the discourse markers of Chinese and Korean echoing language from the repeated expression, additional expression, the position of the sentence and adage phenomenon. Through the research, we found that both the Chinese and the Korean exists the phenomenon of repeated expression, and the position of their discourse markers is flexible. From the different view, Korean can use the Korean termination "yo" to express the respect for others. The discourse markers of Chinese echoing language exists adage phenomenon, but not in Korean.
