This research mainly explored the relationship between organizational injustice and counterproductive work behavior(CWB) and whether individual variable-locus of control moderated the relationship between organizational injustice and CWB. Besides, by priming individual's different feeling of control, methods of reducing the CWB were explored. Two experiments were included in this study. The first experiment was a 2 X 2 incomplete between-subjects design.158 employees were randomly chosen to participate the experiment. Subjects were randomly devided into two groups respectively receiving the priming task. Finally, all subjects completed the scale of CWB. The second experiment was also a 2 X 2 incomplete between-subjects design. 107 employees were chosen to participate the study. Subjects were randomly devided into two groups respectively receiving the recalling task. After being primed of different feeling of control, all subjects fulfilled the scale of CWB.The results were as follows:In the first experiment, compared with the subjects of control group, subjects in the experimental group scored much higher in the scale of CWB. Subjects with external locus of control scored much higher in the scale of CWB compared with subjects with internal locus of control. Locus of control postively moderated the relationship between organizational injustice and CWB. In the second experiment, the primed high feeling of control group scored much lower than the primed low feeling of control group. Individuals with external locus of control showed significant difference in two priming conditions, while individuals with internal locus of control showed no significant difference. From the above results, several conclusions were obtained. Compared with the neutral situation, when faced with the organizational injustice situation, individuals were more likely to conduct CWB. Locus of conrol postively moderated the relationship between organizational injustice and CWB. In detail, the higher individuals scored in the scale of locus of control, the more CWB individuals conducted. Increasing people's feeling of control could significantly reduce the conduct of CWB. People with different locus of control performed diversely.
