Since the ancient times, there is a close and inextricable connection between art and business. They contain each other, accelerate each other, and develop together continuously. No artist can create pure artistic in the ivory tower, alienated from commerce completely. Meanwhile, business does not mean to pursuit profit blindly, it also needs arts' embellishment to get better economic performance. Especially, in current society, the cooperation activities between business and art are becoming more intense. Now, lots of brand invite artists into cooperation, to make business field full of artistic atmosphere and artistic charming. Now the products with artistry are the best sellers which people are scrambling to get. Arts, combined with modern shopping mall, motivates the whole business yield. This article aims to find the examples of the connection between art and business in the history of art in different periods, take the successful cooperation between the famous Japanese artist Takashi Murakami and Louis Vuitton as a core example, analyze its successfu elements, to verify that art and business cooperate to achieve a win-win effect.
