Emotional verb is an important category in a Russian verb system. It is one of the important carrier of psychological verb. And the frequency of the words people used is quite high in daily life.Object of this topic is Russian emotional verb and the theoretical basis is valence theory of Moscow semantic school. In this paper we will make detailed and comprehensi analysis of Russian emotional verb.This paper is divided into three chapters. The first chapter is mainly based on the existing theory of valence, which determines the theoretical basis of this paper.In the first chapter we will make detailed analysis of the related concepts and relations. Secondly, we will define scope of Russian emotional verbs based on the semantic tumble of Russian verbs and feature out the verb’s semantic category on the basis of its semantic features. Finally, analysis valence mode and the specific syntactic structure forms of each type of verb through a large number of corpus on the basis of the verb’s semantic category. In this paper we study Russian emotional verb’s valence and the syntactic feature of the verb is mainly on the basis of its semantic categories and its semantic features. This research has strong new idea.Significance of the study lies in interpreting semantic connotation of Russian emotional verb,deepening our understanding of the semantics of Russian emotional verbs. On the other hand, this paper can also serve the field of Russian practical teaching as well as dictionary complilation of the verb’s semantic. This paper can help students correctly understand and use Russian emotional verbs, and thus there is a strong theoretical and practical significance.
