"Steps" created by Vlasov is a Bayan accordion works of jazz style, which is appreciated for the special rhythm technique and rich sound effects, widely circulated around accordion players. The composer Vlasov shows various postures of the party people through his unique musical feeling and vivid musical language.Peter Pavlovic · Viktor Vlasov(Виктор петрович Власов 1936.11.7-) is known as composer, educator and accordion player. Besides the creation of a large number of reed instruments and vocal works, he also produced a lot of soundtracks for art films and TV shows. However, he poured the most enthusiasm into Bayan accordion works. Accordingly, he created a large number of outstanding works of various styles, including folk, jazz and so on, in which jazzy tracks are the most welcomed. " steps " is one of his most famous jazz works.Vlasov’s jazz style works are unique in the same kind of accordion works. All the features and qualities of his music with the accordion performance are among the best. However, there is very little study of Vlasov’s work both at home and abroad,even hard to find Vlasov’s biographies. As one of Vlasov’s first jazz works, "steps" is analysed in this paper.It will carry out a detailed analysis of four parts:Introduction describes the development and research status of pop Bayan music, then discusses the value and significance of the research.The first part mainly focuses on the Vlasov’s Biographical introduction and the background of the creative process of "steps". It is divided into two sections. The first section briefly introduces Vlasov and his works. The following section presents the historical background of Vlasov’s jazz works.The musical characteristics of Cwere analysed in the second part of the paper,.The third part is the analysis of playing skills. Through this part, based on practice experiences and understanding of the works, some tips of playing skills involved in the works are given.
