The Creative Characteristics Of Rui Lunbao's Yangqin Music

Wuyue caprice aka xishi tears. It is a dulcimer music using a historic female characters as the theme, created by the contemporary dulcimer performer, educator and composer professor Gui lunbao in 2006 as his fourth fourth ballades during his creation life.This paper based on the analysis on the creation thought, structure mode,expression technique of this dulcimer music,and compare with the author’s other three ballads which has the similar theme,Discusses the creative features of his works,To research the Integration and innovation on the Chinese traditional music’s essence of his works in the theme, structure, melody, harmony, tonality and playing techniques etc.
