| Entrance adaptation problems not only are so important for Junior Grade one students,butalso directly effect Junior Grade one students’ education.In the junior middle school,entranceadaptation always has been puzzling, teachers,parents and students. Therefor how to investigateand evaluate the entrance adaptation and to intervenine by group counselling for the education ofjunior grade one students is very important.Objective: This research plan to investigate the main school maladjustment parts toward thefreshmen of the junior middle school,then to scheme out the intervention project based on theinvestigate results and correlative psychological theories,finally to proof-test its validity.Methods:The author used literature and questionnaire method. Questionnaires were used totest116freshmen of the junior grade one students in XX middle school.Randomly draw out twoleading class as experimental class and contral class. The intervention goes on six weeks, once aweek, and nine hours in total. All data gained in this research and handled by soft wares of Spss17.0for Windows.The result show that:1.The whole adaptation of Junior Grade one students is medium, academic adaptation levelswere lowest;2.The adaptation levels between boys and girls were found signifficant difference, and thegirls’ adaptation levels were higher;3.There was certain correlation between school adaptation and entrance academicachievemen(r﹦0.233,P<0.05);4.The intervention scheme in this research do can improve conventional adaptation,academic adaptation, relationship with teacher and school attitudes. |
