"FanZhongYan group" is a special definition, which refers to a political group formed in QingLi New Deal centre arounded FanZhongYan, including FanZhongYan, OuYangXiu, HanQi, FuBi, DuYan, YinZhu, ShiJie, CaiXiang, SunMian, YuJing etc. They all have common economic status, as well as common understanding for political reform. After the QingLi New Deal, many of them were still maintained good relations, and share weal and woe. But FuBi’s attitude towards HanQi and OuYangXiu transformed, they gradually become enenmies, mainly due to the political level. The Group Members’ attitude to the anti-Reform School was also changed, from firmly opposed to a release. Moreover, the complicated relationship makes the boundary between "FanZhongYan group" and the opposition not so closely guarded. After "FanZhongYan group" regained power, although inherited some elements of reform in the QingLi New Deal, they tend to be conservative. This transformation have some connection with the prevailing political situation and their economic status changes.During the period of WangAnShi reform,HanQi, FuBi,OuYangXiu is still indispensable main force of politics,but they are firmly opposed to political reform. From their political tendency and political idea, We can get a glimpse of the reason.
