Prof. Chen Yuyun And Professor Qu Jianhua Have Analyzed The Analysis Of I And II Rosacea Drugs And Their Experience

BACKGROUND Rosacea is a chronic inflammatory skin disease characterized by erythema and angiotelectasis in the central part of the face,which is one of the common skin diseases.More women than men are in their 30s and 50s.In the late stage,it can cause hyperplasia of the nasal tissue and form nodules,which can seriously affect the appearance and cause great pressure on the patients.The treatment of rosacea in western medicine is relatively simple,without obvious pertinence,and has great side effects.Chinese medicine,based on the whole concept,carries out individualized diagnosis and treatment,syndrome differentiation and treatment of skin diseases,with obvious curative effect and no obvious side effects.Chinese medicine,based on the whole concept,carries out individualized diagnosis and treatment,syndrome differentiation and treatment of skin diseases,with obvious curative effect and no obvious side effects.As one of the representative academic schools in China,the academic thoughts of Yanjing Zhao Dermatology School are worthy of the study and inheritance of doctors.OBJECTIVE The aim of this study is to analyze prescriptions of two inheritors in Yanjing Zhao Dermatology School and find out the commonness and differences of the rules of using traditional Chinese medicines,clinical experience and the principle of Prescription FormationBy referring to the literatures of Zhao Bingnan and Zhang Zhili's,to conclude the academic thoughts of Yanjing Zhao Dermatology School in treating I and II rosacea.Methods:During the period from February 2017 to February 2018,There are 100 prescriptions of doctors been collected in Dermatology clinic which belong to the outpatients who had been treated by Dr.Chen or Dr.Qu.by using excel 2010 to establish databases,put all the prescriptions and patients' age,sex inside,Summarizing statistics about every herb,every herbal type,every herbal taste,every herbal property,every herbal tropism.RESULTS ? There were 50 outpatients treated by Dr.Chen.The ratio of male and female was about 1:6.l,the mean ages was about 31.66±9.08 years old.There are 75 herbs in the prescription,815 times in total,with an average of 16.3 herbs each prescription.Top 3 in every single herb are salvia,Wild-Chrysanthemum,raw sophorae flower;Highest frequency in every herbal property is cold drug;Highest frequency in every herbal taste is bitter drug;Highest frequency in every herbal tropism is the liver channel.Top 3 in herbal type are heat-clearing and detoxicating drugs;Blood-activating and stasis-eliminating drugs;heat-clearing and damn-drying drugs.there are 4 patterns in 50 prescriptions.lung-stomach heat pattern,Gastrointestinal damp-heat pattern,qi-blood disharmony pattern,Wet-heat blood stasis pattern.?There were 50 outpatients treated by Dr.Qu.The ratio of male and female was about 1:3.5,the mean ages was about 39.80±9.68 years old.There are 76 herbs in the prescription,656 times in total,with an average of 13.1 herbs each prescription.Top 3 in every single herb are cockscomb,rose,trumpet-creeper;Highest frequency in every herbal property is cold drug;Highest frequency in every herbal taste is bitter drug;Highest frequency in every herbal tropism is the liver channel,the second is spleen channel.Top 3 in herbal type are qi-regulating drugs;Blood-activating and stasis-eliminating drugs;wind-heat dispersing medicinal,there are 6 patterns in 50 prescriptions.Liver-spleen stasis pattern,lung-stomach heat pattern,Wet-heat blood stasis pattern;qi-blood disharmony pattern,Gastrointestinal damp-heat pattern,deficiency of yin and damp and hot pattern.CONCLUSION The two professors agree that the main pathogenic factors of the rosacea are the wet,heat and stasis.The disease is in the liver,spleen and stomach,heart and lung,the treatment is mainly in the heat-clearing and detoxicating,Blood cooling-activating drugs.However,there are some different patterns between the two professors.Professor Chen prefer using the heat-clearing and detoxicating drugs and Blood cooling-activating drugs.Professor Chen prefer relieving-Qi-Stagnancy in liver drugs,heat-clearing and blood-cooling drugs.And they all like to use flower medicine,The same prescription is cold blood soup.
