ObjectiveTo investigate and analyze the health status of the offspring of the threatened abortion treated by Professor Guo Zhiqiang, and to analyze the results of the investigation,to explore the relationship between the observed indexes, and to compare the results with the existing epidemiological data and the results reported in the literature. It is proved that Professor Guo Zhiqiang is safe and effective in the treatment of threatened abortion.MethodsPatients who were randomly selected from 2008 to 2015 in the International Department of Dongzhimen Hospital of Beijing University of traditional Chinese Medicine and Professor Guo Zhiqiang of Beijing Boai Tong Hospital of Chinese Medicine were selected for threatened abortion and successfully delivered after being protected by traditional Chinese medicine.Through the review of medical records and telephone visits,we collected the general information of the patients and their offspring who had successfully given birth after threatened abortion, including the age of the patient at the time of visit, the time the patient took Chinese medicine to protect the fetus, the mode of delivery, and the weight of the newborn. One minute Apgar score of newborn gender, current health status and intelligence development of the offspring were analyzed and the data collected were analyzed, and the conclusion was drawn.Results1 In this study, the rate of cesarean section was 61.7,the rate of premature delivery was 6.7,the rate of low birth weight was 5.6,the proportion of macrosomia was 5.6;2 Neonatal Apgar score of 1 minute was only 7 in 1 case;3 With the increase of the age of pregnant women, the rate of premature delivery gradually increased, and the rate of full-term delivery decreased gradually;4 The cesarean section rate in the age group<25 years old was higher than that in the age group?30 years old, while the rate of cesarean section in the age group<35 years old to the age group ? 45 years old increased with the increase of age.5 The low birth weight rate in term delivery group was lower than that in preterm birth group and the difference was statistically significant.6 There were 1 asthmatic children(0.51%),2 children with growth retardation and 2 children with low body weight(1.02%.).7 No intelligence was found in the offspring's intelligence development.ConclusionsThe treatment of threatened abortion with Chinese medicine does not increase the rate of cesarean section, has no adverse effect on the incidence of low birth weight infants, macrosomia and premature infants, has no adverse effect on the intellectual development of the offspring, and does not increase the slow growth and low body weight of the children. The incidence of asthma. The duration of taking medicine during pregnancy had no effect on the weight, delivery mode and gestational age of the newborn. In addition, the higher the age of women of childbearing age,the higher the rate of premature delivery, and the higher the incidence of cesarean section with the increase of age of women of childbearing age. There was no correlation between maternal age and neonatal weight in this study.
