Study On The Characteristics Of TCM Treatment Of Rheumatoid Arthritis During Clinical Remission

Objective:After rheumatoid arthritis enters clinical remission period,prevention of relapse is the focus of treatment at this stage,which determines the outcome and prognosis of patients.To further explore the general rule of administration of rheumatoid arthritis during clinical remission,it has important clinical significance for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis in the remission of TCM.Methods:This study recorded a total of 81 cases of rheumatoid arthritis diagnosed during clinical remission,using Exce12010 software to count general information,drug frequency and cumulative frequency;use Clementine 12.0 software Apriori algorithm for correlation analysis,support by association rules the generality of drug pairs was examined,and the confidence was checked for the accuracy of the drug pairs;SPSS 20.0 software was used to enter the matrix and the cluster drug group was extracted to obtain the core prescription.Analyze the overall drug use law,including the frequency of Chinese medicine,Chinese medicine taste flavor,compatibility rules,extraction of core drugs,in order to identify the correlation between drugs and diseases and drugs.Results:There were 27 male patients and 54 female patients,among whom 40-79 years old had high incidence of the disease,and the treatment season was more common in autumn.The statistics included a total of 110 tastes of traditional Chinese medicines,total use frequency of 1312 times,and a total of 6 kinds of vine drug tastes,which accounted for 12.73%of the total use of drugs.The total number of insect drugs was 7 kinds,accounting for about 8.69%of the total frequency.The total number of medications with>6 doses was 48 flavors,and the frequency of medication was as follows:Turmeric,Hematoxylin,Ningpo Yam with tonic drugs,and the three types of drugs accounted for 50%of the total frequency of drug use.According to statistics of traditional Chinese medicine properties,medicinal tastes,menstruation,and drug efficacy,the frequency of use of warm drugs was highest,followed by level,cold,and cool drugs,and no hot drugs were used;more bitter,pungent,sweet drugs were selected for drug taste;According to the statistics,the first three were classified into the liver,kidney and spleen.Thirty-one herbal Chinese medicines with frequency ?12 times were selected.According to the association rules and frequency cluster analysis methods,seven pairs of commonly used drugs were summarized:Mulberry Twig-Turmeric,Dahurian Angelica Root-Yanhusuo,Ningpo Yam Rhizome-Paniculate Swallowwort Root,Ningpo Yam Rhizome-Glandularstalk St.Paulswort Herb,Mulberry Twig-Pine Nodular Branch,Sappan Wood-Medicinal Cyathula Root,Sappan Wood-Pubescent Angelica Root.Clustering drug group 5 categories:Category 1 for Turmeric,Ningpo Yam Rhizome,Yanhusuo,Largeleaf Gentian Root,Notopterygium,Glandularstalk St.PaulswortHerb,Mulberry Twig,Paniculate Swallowwort Roo.Category 2 for Hematoxylin,Scorpion,Earthworm.Category 3 for Chinese Starjasmine Stem,Ovientvine,Kadsura Pepper Stem.Category 4 for Kudzuvine Root,Suberect Spatholobus Stem.Category 5 for Medicinal Cyathula conclusion:(a)The correlation between patients and gender,age,and season of onset of RA in this study found that RA patients in remission stage were more common in women between the ages of 40 and 79,consistent with epidemiological characteristics,(b)Exploration and study of the regularity of drug use during the remission period of RA.Summarize six pairs of commonly used drugs,cluster drug group 5 groups,and extract two core prescriptions.According to the analysis of sexual taste,the use of mild,flat drugs,drug taste bitter taste,pungent drug-based,supplemented by sweet medicine,due to the liver,kidney,spleen three drugs.Since wetness persists throughout the course of the disease,the pathological factors in remission are still more common in wet turbid blood.This study found that in the treatment of RA remission,the use of drugs to promote phlegm and blood circulation,take into consideration to support deficiency,prevent recurrence or increase.(c)Summarizing the experience of tutors in the clinical remission phase of RA,combined with the characteristics of clinical remission phase of RA,the present study considers that the pathogenesis of the disease is mixed with actual disease,and the virtual reality is standard.The virtual yin deficiency of the liver and kidney,deficiency of kidney yang,and more common in wet turbid blood.The temporary symptoms and cure the
