Background:With the change of lifestyle, the incidence of polycystic ovary syndrome has gradually increased and has become the main cause of ovulatory infertility. The disease can involve endocrine, metabolism and many other areas, with obesity, acne, and black Symptoms such as echinoderms seriously affect women's reproductive health and quality of life.At present, the pathogenesis of PCOS may be related to insulin resistance(IR),and more than half of patients with PCOS-IR are accompanied by obesity. This type of patient is prone to complicated severe metabolic syndrome in the long-term.At present, there is no uniform standard for treatment.Metformin is currently the first choice for PCOS-IR.It has a definite curative effect and a certain weight-reducing effect. However, its gastrointestinal reactions,long-term administration of liver and kidney damage, and uncertainties in embryo safety are not easily resolved. The majority of patients accepted.Traditional Chinese medicine has a definite curative effect in regulating menstruation and assisting the pregnancy by regulating the kidney-temporal-chongren-cell axis.Acupuncture has achieved a recognized therapeutic effect in many fields such as weight loss, ovulation induction, and improvement of endocrinology and metabolism, and has low side effects and high patient compliance.Tutor treatment of obese PCOS-IR to mediate Zhongzhou method, experience the exact effect. Therefore, the efficacy and safety of the control group(Metformin group),the Chinese medicine group, and the acupuncture group before and after the treatment were established to provide new ideas for the treatment of PCOS in the motherland.Purposes:To study the clinical efficacy and safety of obese PCOS-IR in the treatment of obese PCOS-IR based on the Chinese medicine group, acupuncture group, and acupuncture combined group.Methods:89 patients were randomly divided into 29 patients in the control group,30 in the Chinese medicine group and 30 in the acupuncture group. They were treated for one course of treatment.Height, weight, waist circumference, and hip circumference were measured before and after treatment to determine hematuria.,liver and kidney function and FIN,FPG,LH,FSH,T,blood lipids four, record the patient's menstrual period, quantity, color, quality and BBT status. Results:In the final study,24 subjects were included in the control group,29 in the Chinese medicine group, and 27 in the acupuncture group. The results showed no adverse reactions and side effects before and after treatment in the three groups.1.Total effective rate:91.7%in the control group,96.6%in the Chinese medicine group, and 96.3%in the acupuncture group.2.The three groups of treatment can effectively improve the patient's body mass index, serum insulin resistance, testosterone, blood lipids, ovulation rate and TCM symptom scores. The acupuncture group was significantly better than the control group and the Chinese medicine group in improving the waist-hip ratio and LH/FSH reduction. The Chinese medicine group and the acupuncture group were significantly better than the control group in reducing the low density cholesterol index of the subjects. Conclusion:The combination of the experience of mentor and acupuncture treatment of obese PCOS-IR has obvious effects, and there are no side effects such as gastrointestinal reactions, liver and kidney damage, which are worthy of clinical promotion, application and further research.
