The Association Between Congenital Endowment And The Characteristics Of Luck During The Onset Of Bipolar Disorder

1 ObjectiveAnalyze the congenital yunqi and endogenous yunqi characteristics of patients with bipolar disorder and the relationship between them,and further explore the etiology and pathogenesis of bipolar disorder.2 Methods(1)The cases of this study were from the specialist clinic of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine at Beijing Anding Hospital from January 21,2017 to January 21,2018.There are totally of 233 cases which include patient's name,gender,date of birth,date of consultation,Western medicine diagnosis,past onset time and form of the disease.(2)Each case data was entered one by one in the Excel table and a database was established.Infer the date of conception from the date of birth.The Heavenly Stems and Earthly Branches conversion was performed on the date of birth and the date of conception respectively.The seizure types were divided into three types:total seizure,depressive episode,and manic episode,and The Heavenly Stems and Earthly Branches was performed for different types of seizure dates.The total seizure refers to the combination of depressive episodes and manic episodes.(3)Descriptive statistical analysis and chi-square test were performed using SPSS 20.0 software.3 Results(1)From the perspective of single factor:There are no differences in the distribution of Suiyun,Zhuqi,Sitian-Zaiquan and Keqi in the birth period of patients with bipolar disorder.And it is not still to determine the relationship between Suiyun,Zhuqi,Sitian-Zaiquan,Keqi in the birth period and the attack of bipolar disorder.(2)From the perspective of single factor:There are no differences in the distribution of Suiyun,Zhuqi,Sitian-Zaiquan and Keqi in the period of conception in patients with bipolar disorder.And it is not still to determine the relationship between Suiyun,Zhuqi,Sitian-Zaiquan,Keqi in the conception period and the attack of bipolar disorder.(3)From the perspective of single factor:The distribution of Suiyun in patients with bipolar disorder is different during the attack period,and it is more likely to occur or fluctuate during the Suiyun period of the Taitu and Shaohuo than during the period of Taihuo.In the episodes of patients with bipolar disorder,there was a difference in the distribution of Sitian-Zaiquan,and it was more likely to occur or fluctuate during the period of the Shaoyin junhuo-Yangmingzaojin more than the Taiyinshitu-Taiyanghanshui.The distribution of Zhuqi in patients with bipolar disorder is different during the attack period,and it is more likely to occur or fluctuate during the Zhuqi period of the Jueyinfengmu than during the Zhuqi period of the Taiyanghanshui.Patients with bipolar disorder have different Keqi distribution during the attack period,and they are more likely to attack or fluctuate in the Taiyinshitu compared with Yangmingzaojin.(4)From the perspective of single factor:There is a difference in the Suiyun distribution of depressive episodes,and it is more prone to episodes or fluctuations in depressive episodes in the year of Taitu,and fewer episodes or fluctuations in the years of Taihuo.There is a difference in the Suiyun distribution of manic episodes,and it is more prone to manic episodes or fluctuations in the Shaohuo years,and less episodes or fluctuations in the years of Taihuo.There was no difference in the Sitian-Zaiquan distribution of the episode of depression.Patients with bipolar affective disorder have a different distribution in the Sitian-Zaiquan during the manic episode.and they are more likely to have manic episodes or fluctuations during the period of the Jueyin-fengmu-Sitian--Shaoyang-xianghuo-Zaiquan.The soil is less likely to attack or fluctuate during Taiyang-hanshui-Sitian--Taiyin-shitu-Zaiquan.The distribution in patients of depressive episodes in Zhuqi is different.and it is easier for depressive episodes or fluctuations during the Zhuqi phase of Yangming-zaojin,and fewer episodes or fluctuations during the Zhuqi phase of the Taiyang-hanshui.There was no difference in the distribution of Zhuqi in patients with bipolar affective disorder during the episode of mania;there was a difference in the distribution of Keqi during the episode of depression in patients with bipolar disorder,and it was more prone to depressive episodes or fluctuations in the lunar period in Taiyin-Shitu.fewer episodes or fluctuations during the Keqi phase of the Yangming-zaoj in and Shaoyin-Junhuo.There was no difference in the Keqi distribution of manic episodes.Comparing depressive episodes and manic episodes in patients with bipolar disorders,there was no difference in the distribution of Suiyun,Zhuqi,Sitian-Zaiquan and Keqi,and it was not sure to show that depressive episodes and manic episodes have different episodes of seizures under the influence of different Suiyun,Zhuqi,Sitian-Zaiquan and Keqi in bipolar disorder patients.(5)From the point of comprehensive factor:Patients with bipolar disorder have different distributions of Ynqi factor at the time of birth,and those who were born at Taitu-Taiyin-shitu are more likely to suffer from bipolar disorder.(6)From the point of comprehensive factor:Patients with bipolar disorder have different distributions of Yunqi factor at the time of conception,and those who endure with Taitu-Taiyang-hanshui are more likely to suffer from bipolar disorder.(7)From the perspective of comprehensive factor:The distribution of comprehensive Yunqi factors in patients with bipolar disorder during the onset is different.and it is more prone to attack or fluctuate in the year of Taitu-Shaoyin-junhuo--Yangming-zaojin and Shaohuo-Jueyin-fengmu--Shaoyang Xianghuo.(8)From the perspective of comprehensive factor:The distribution of comprehensive yunqi factors in the episode of attack period is different in bipolar disorders,and it is more likely to occur or fluctuate during the comprehensive yunqi period of the Taitu-Shaoyinjunhuo-Yangmingzaojin and Shaohuo-Jueyinfengmmu-Shaoyangxianghuo than during the period of Shaojin-Jueyinfengmu-Shaoyangxianghuo,Taijin-Shaoyinjunhuo-Yan-gmingzaojin,Taimu-Shaoyangxianghuo-Jueyinfengmu.The relationship between congenit-al Yunqi and Yunqi during the episode:Due to the limited sample size,this study cannot yet consider that there is a clear correlation between congenital Yunqi and the Yunqi characteristics of the episode.(9)Relationship between congenital yunqi endowment and acquired disease episodes:This study was limited by insufficient sample size and did not statistically determine the relationship between congenital yunqi endowments of bipolar disorder and episodes or fluctuations of acquired disease.4 Conclusions(1)The incidence of bipolar disorder is related to the congenital Yunqi and the characteristics of Yunqi onset.(2)Fortunately,the birth of a comprehensive Yunqi endowment is Taitu-Taiyin-shitu,or the comprehensive Yunqi of conceiving as Taitu-Taiyang-hanhshui is more likely to suffer from bipolar affective disorder,and in the Taitu-Shaoyin-junhuo--Yangming-zaojing,Shaohuo-jueyin-fengmu--Shaoyang-xianghuo is more likely to attack or fluctuate.(3)The patients with bipolar disorder are more likely to have kidney-yang depression,and their incidence is associated with the loss of Yangyu.
