Objective:By studying the status quo and existing deficiencies of medical information disclosure content, improve the content of medical information disclosure, and further verify the potential usefulness of the supplemented indicators and the degree of utilization of the information by patients,so as to alleviate the information asymmetry in the medical service market.Reduce the information difference between doctors and patients, strengthen the guidance of the patient's medical treatment behavior through medical information disclosure, make the patient's choice of hospital during medical treatment more accurate, improve the rational degree of the patient's medical decision-making,and reduce the waste of medical resources.Establish a trust relationship with doctors, build a harmonious medical service market, and ultimately promote the development of China's health service.Methords:(1)By using the method of literature analysis,we summarize the existing indicators of medical information disclosure and domestic and foreign scholars' viewpoints, and find out indicators that should be disclosed and not disclosed in medical information disclosure.(2)Based on the lens model and combining literature analysis,a lens model scenario questionnaire was developed.(3)Through the distribution of situational questionnaires,a convenient sampling method was adopted to investigate people with actual medical experience, and demographic variables such as gender, age, education level, and employment status were used.(4)The quantitative data analysis of the effective recycling questionnaire is to construct a multiple regression equation to illustrate the impact of the five indexes on the patient's medical decision making.(5)The data is recorded by Excel, and the data processing and analysis are carried out with SPSS 21.Results:(1)Through literature analysis,it is determined that five indicators of medical information disclosure indicators should be supplemented:financial income and expenditure information, inpatient mortality, bed usage, medical accidents, and patient satisfaction. The above indicators should be incorporated into the existing public hospital medical information disclosure index system, which will play an important role in the selection of patients for medical treatment, social supervision in public hospitals, and improvement of the public welfare of public hospitals.(2)Through the analysis of the lens model constructed in this study, five indicators such as financial revenue and expenditure information, inpatient mortality, bed use rate, medical accident incidence, and patient satisfaction survey results can all be used to make certain decisions for patients when they make medical decisions. It can play a certain role(P<0.001),which is a positive effect.(3)Patients were more dependent on the incidence of medical accidents(0.264)when making medical decisions, followed by inpatient mortality(0.217)and patient satisfaction survey results(0.216),and again the rate of bed utilization(0.179),and finally the information of financial revenue and expenditure(0.127).However,there are differences in the clues that the public at different levels of education rely on.For the public with junior high school education, these selected indicators are not the main factors considered when choosing a doctor;the senior high school group and the overall regression analysis are in the same order. The weights are similar:the highest rate of medical accidents(0.270)and inpatient mortality(0.259)is highest, followed by the patient satisfaction survey(0.217),and finally the utilization rate of beds(0.152)and financial income and expenditure information(0.120);In the medical education group, the choice of hospital bed rate was less concerned, mainly considering the incidence of medical accidents(0.217)and patient satisfaction survey(0.202);the incidence of medical accidents in the undergraduate group was the largest(0.260).Followed by in-hospital mortality(0.218)and bed usage(0.213),again the patient satisfaction survey(0.185),and finally the financial income and expenditure information(0.158);graduate student medical accidents occupy the highest weight(0.343),followed by the patient satisfaction survey(0.293),and finally the in-hospital mortality rate(0.231)and bed occupancy rate(0.201).(4)Among the 5 indicators, the most predictive value of the patient's medical behavior is the incidence of medical accidents, the mortality of inpatients and the investigation results of patient satisfaction. The value of the forecast is 51%.Next is the bed utilization rate, the predicted value is 30.6%,and the forecast value of the financial revenue and expenditure information is the smallest, which is 20.4%.(5)The public is different in the same situation under the intention of consensus is still in a relatively low level, the average consensus is only 0.336;but the public at different times of the same scene answer consistency is still relatively high, the average stability reached 0.736;The public's self-perception of self-seeking behavior under the experimental scenario is relatively low.In other words, the degree of understanding of the judgment indicators used by the public is low,and the average self-perception is 0.416.Consensus,stability and self-discipline among different levels of education all have some degree of difference:With a high level of education, consensus and self-perception are relatively high, but stability is even lower. Conclusion:The supplemental medical information has a positive effect on the patient's family members' medical treatment choices;the degree of utilization of the supplementary information by the patient is between 10%to 20%,and there is a difference between the groups;the consistency of the decision-making is lower, and the stability is relatively higher. It is recommended to improve the index system for medical information disclosure;establish a dedicated network platform for medical information disclosure;and explore the system of star rating for hospitals.
