Research On The Relationship Between Influenza Syndrome And Physical Fitness And Blood Routine

This paper is mainly composed of literature review and clinical research.The literature review includes two parts:traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine.The review of TCM is mainly discussed from the aspects of etiology,pathogenesis,pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and constitution of influenza.The overview of western medicine is mainly discussed from the aspects of influenza etiology,epidemiology and clinical manifestations.In clinical research,the relationship between influenza syndrome type and physical constitution and blood routine was analyzed by collecting relevant data of patients with influenza.Purpose:This topic through cluster analysis parties to influenza syndrome types are classified,and the card type and physical type,routine blood relationship were discussed,in order to further grasp the law of syndrome type flu,provide the basis for accurate differentiation of flu.Methods:At the eastern hospital of Beijing university of traditional Chinese medicine,there were 283 clinical cases that met the inclusion criteria,and the TCM symptom scale,blood routine results,and TCM constitution scale were recorded.According to the patients with flu symptoms questionnaire survey analysis of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome type of traditional Chinese medicine,Chinese medicine based on the physical inventory and the results of research,and blood picture card type and physique,routine blood correlation.Result:According to the inclusion criteria,283 cases were screened,and 129 men(45.6%)and 154 women(54.4%)were statistically analyzed.The average age is 39.8 ± 15.5 years old.The proportion of young people is the largest,accounting for 67.5%of the total number of respondents.The highest body temperature was 40 degrees,and the average body temperature was 38.51±0.48 degrees.1.Influenza syndrome distribution:283 patients with flu symptoms after cold outside the cluster analysis can be divided into internal heating type(52 cases,18.3%),hot wind make type(138 cases,48.8%),lung cold wet(26 cases,9.2%),cold beam phenotype(67 cases,23.7%),four types of card type,the largest wind hot make lung syndrome,cold wet type certificate at least.2.Relationship between syndrome type and constitution type:Flu 9 types of main Chinese medicine physique quantity order from high to low is:peaceful mass(61 cases,21.6%)>Yin mass(55 cases,19.4%)>Yang mass(41 cases,14.5%)>deficiency of mass(38 cases,13.4%)>phlegm wet mass(34 cases,12%)>humid mass(19 cases,6.7%)= qi depression mass(19 cases,6.7%)>blood stasis quality(9 cases,3.2%)>the great mass(7 cases,2.5%).Among the patients surveyed,103 patients were single,and the remaining 180 patients were both of the same body,accounting for 63.6%of the total study.The body of external cold internal heat syndrome is mostly mild and Yin deficiency.The rheumatism and cold clamping syndrome is more common in phlegm and wet quality.In the wind and cold bundle,the syndrome is mostly qi deficiency,calm quality and Yang deficiency.In wind and heat,lung syndrome is mostly peaceful and Yin deficiency.3.Relationship between syndrome type and experimental examination:White blood cell count in wind hot make lung syndrome and outside cold between internal heat,cold dampness syndromes exist obvious difference(P<0.05),of which the hot wind make pulmonary syndrome the count is higher,cold internal heat or cold wet outside the count is low.Conclusion:On the basis of establishing the classification of TCM syndromes of influenza,this paper studies the relationship between TCM syndrome type and constitution and blood image.The following conclusions:(1)There is a certain regularity in the distribution of TCM syndromes of influenza.(2)The physical type of the patients with influenza is mostly biased and multiplexing.(3)There was correlation between leukocyte count and syndrome type.
