1.Professor Weizixiao's Experience in Diagnosing Subacute ThyroiditisOBJECTIVE:To statistically analyze Professor Weizixiao's prescriptions,medication rules,and clinical experience of treating subacute thyroiditis using the software-based data mining techniques of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support platform(V2.5).METHODS:Patients with subacute thyroiditis who had been treated by Professor Wei Zixiao's outpatient clinic from January 2013 to December 2017 were included;cases were included according to the "Guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of thyroid diseases in China" promulgated in 2008,and the exclusion of dialectical medications was excluded.Clear person.Collect clinical data,including patient general information,four diagnostic information,Chinese medicine diagnosis,syndrome type,rule and treatment,specific prescriptions,and input data.Use the "Chinese medicine inheritance support platform(V2.5)"for Chinese Academy of Traditional Chinese methods includes heat-clearing and detoxifying,phlegm-clearing and phlegm-dispelling,dispelling pain,clearing away heat and dampness,and calming down the nerves;according to the frequency of drug use,the excavation includes a total of 116 Chinese herbal medicines.The frequency of traditional Chinese medicines include Hedyotis diffusa,dandelion,Scrophulariaceae,Scutellaria baicalensis,Arctium lappa,Tumudra,Bupleurum,Bombyx mori,Artemisia annua,Radix Isatidis,Hive,Prunella vulgaris,raw licorice,Saxifrage,honeysuckle,Poria,French Pinellia,tangerine peel,etc.;the largest proportion of drugs Hedyotis diffusa.Bupleurum,Hedyotis diffusa and Bombyx mori,dandelion and Hedyotis diffusa.Hedyotis diffusa,and Arctium lappa;Xinfang combination with 1 raw licorice root,hives,Gorgon fruit,Prunella vulgaris,2 hive,mussels,soil shell Mother,red peony,Forsythia;3 White peony root,Chuanxiong,Artemisia annua,Dipsacus;4 Shichangpu,Yujin,Polygalaceae,Platycladus orientalis;5 Rehmannia glutinosa,Coix seed,Tongcao,burdock;6 windproof,calcined oysters,Hedyotis diffusa,raw jaundice.Conclusion:According to the results of data mining,Professor Wei Zixiao treated methylene blue inflammation with detoxification,phlegm-resolving,and other treatments.The commonly used drugs were Hedyotis diffusa,dandelion,Scrophulariae,Astragalus,Arctium,and Fritillaria.Bupleurum,Bombyx mori,Artemisia annua,Radix isatidis,etc.,are basically consistent with Prof.Weizixiao's clinical practice.2.the network pharmacology of the core drug action mechanismObjective:To use network pharmacology to establish the network relationship among drugs,targets,and diseases,and to explore and analyze the components and mechanisms of Professor Wei's treatment of core drugs of methylene inflammation.METHODS:Targets of methylene-induced inflammation were obtained from the Drugbank database and the TTD database;chemical components of the core drugs were obtained from the database of TCM in Taiwan;prediction of potential targets was performed through the SuperPred websever website;disease targets were compared with drug prediction targets and obtained.Medicinal active ingredients and targets of methylene inflammation.Results:Matching the target between the disease and the drug,the results showed that Artemisia annua has 4 active ingredients and 18 potential targets for methylene inflammation;Bupleurum has 7 active ingredients and 24 potential targets;Radix has 5 effective Ingredients,21 potential targets;dandelion has 6 active ingredients,22 potential targets,Bombyx mori and Hedyotis diffusa each have 1 active ingredient and 1 potential target,and Astragalus,Arctium,Scrophularia,and Fritillaria do not A target that matches with methylene inflammation was found.The statistics of active ingredients of each drug acting on methylenetrioxide:4 kinds of active ingredients of Artemisia annua,limonene,artemether,hyperin,and isoquercetin;effective components of Bupleurum on methylene-induced inflammation,eugenol Guaiacol,hyperoside,isoquercetin,palmitic acid,quercetin-3-O-glucoside,quercetin 7;Radix iseffective components of methylene blue benzoate,indigo,salicylic acid,tryptanthrin,and y-aminobutyric acid 5;dandelion active ingredients in the methylene inflammation include hyperin,isoquercetin palmitic acid,protocatechuic acid,quercetin 6 species;Hedyotis diffusa active ingredient is mannitol;Bombyx mori active ingredient is quercetin.Among the potential targets,ACHE acetylcholinesterase,DRD4(d(4)dopamine receptor),GAA(lysosomal alpha-glucosidase),HTR1A(5-hydroxytryptamine 1A receptor),MAPK14(silk)The mitogen-activated protein kinase 14),NR3C1(glucocorticoid receptor),PTGS1(prostaglandin G/H synthase 1),THRB(thyroid hormone receptor ?),and TOP2A(DNA topoisomerase 2)can be inferred These targets play an important role in the treatment of methylene drugs by core drugs.There are six gene functions and pathways,namely GPCR ligand binding Class A/1(Rhodopsin-like receptors),and amine ligand-binding receptors(amines).Ligand-binding receptors),muscarinic acetylcholine(muscarinic acetylcholine receptors),dopamine receptors(dopamine receptors),ill-mediated signaling events(IL-1 mediated signaling events).However;the search for a number of medical databases at home and abroad did not reveal the relationship between these gene pathways and methylene inflammatory diseases.Conclusion:The core Chinese medicine acts on methylene inflammation in the form of multi-component and multi-target networks.It is similar to the overall concept of traditional Chinese medicine.It finds that the core drugs act on multiple components of methylene inflammation;six signaling pathways,but no reference to them.The relevant literature reports mechanisms related to methylene inflammation.
