| Objective Patients with liver fibrosis trend caused by HIV Virus superinfected HCV Virus infection was interventioned by Yiaikang capsule combined with Biejiajian Pill,and their symptom integra,routine blood test,liver function,renal function,four results of liver fiber would be detected in order to explore the mechanism of the traditional Chinese medicine with the breakthrough point of serum CTGF and TGF-?1 expression.Methods 30 eligible patients with baseline data recorded and informed consent signed were selected as subjects in this study,and their routine blood test,liver function,renal function,four results of liver fiber,the level of serum CTGF and TGF-?1 expression were detected at the same time,in the final Yiaikang capsule(5 capsules per time,TID,PO)and Biejiajian pills(3g per time,TID,PO)were distributed to them.The period of this study is divided into two courses for the first course of 0~6 months,for the second course of 6~12 months,symptom integra,routine blood test,liver function,renal function and four results of liver fiber were detected at the time of 0 month,6 month,12 month.And the correlation between serum TGF-?1 and CTGF and drug efficacy was analyzed.All subjects were required to strictly abide by the standards of the informed consent in the study course,the researchers strictly controlled the inclusion,exclusion and termination criteria.Results 1 Symptoms integra of patients with liver fibrosis trend caused by HIV Virus superinfected HCV Virus infection and interventioned by Yiaikang capsule combined with Biejiajian Pill decreased significantly compared with before treatment(P<0.05).2 Liver function: ALT,AST,DBIL and TBIL of patients after interventioned by Yiaikang capsule combined with Biejiajian Pill decreased when compared with before,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).3 The expression of serum TGF-?1 and CTGF: The expression of serum TGF-?1 and CTGF after drug intervention decreased significantly when compared with before,and it showed a gradual decrease with the progress of observation time(P<0.05).4 Four results of liver fiber:The level of Four liver fiber results after intervention decreasedsignificantly with the observation time when compared with before(higher than the upper limit of normal),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5 Routine blood test and renal function:Routine blood test and renal function were not abnormal before treatment.There was no significant difference between before and after treatment.,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).6 Evaluation of therapeutic efficiency: After intervention for 12 months,27 cases were relieved,the level of Four liver fiber results of 8 cases in former 27 cases had decreased more than 50 percent or downing to normal level.The drug efficacy R×C chi square test between 6 months and 12 months after intervention showed significant differences.Spearman correlation analysis showed that the efficacy of patients after 12 months intervention was negatively correlated with serum TGF-?1 and CTGF levels(CC=-0.76/-0.81).Conclusion 1 The clinical symptoms and signs of patients with the trend of liver fibrosis caused by HIV Virus superinfected HCV Virus infection improved significantly after intervented by Yiaikang capsule combined with Biejiajian Pill,which is particularly significant to face yellow,lassitude,anorexia,hypochondriac pain and hepatosplenomegaly,and showed no obvious side effects.2 The imroving of overlapping infection symptoms after intervention might be connected with Yiaikang capsule combined with Biejiajian Pill protecting liver function,stablizing and even reversing hepatic fibrosis.3 The effect of Yiaikang capsule combined with Biejiajian Pill on patients with the trend of liver fibrosis might be connected with drugs inhibiting of TGF-?1/CTGF signaling pathway and reducing the expression of TGF-?1 and CTGF in serum. |
