Analysis Of The Status Quo Of Clinical Pharmacy Services In The Third-grade Hospitals In Shenyang And Countermeasures

With the continuous reform of the medical and health system in China,and the increasing attention of the state to the medical resources,the clinical pharmaceutical service has been pushed into an increasingly important position.At the same time,how to ensure the smooth development of clinical pharmaceutical care in the region,and how to provide high quality clinical pharmaceutical care services have also been followed.The object of clinical pharmacy service is the public,so how to make the public accept and satisfied and provide high quality clinical pharmaceutical care has become a problem that the hospital can not ignore.Purpose: Based on the situation of clinical pharmacy service in three grade a hospital in Shenyang City,the research work of clinical pharmacists and patients satisfaction situation,understand the current status of clinical pharmacy services from three hospitals in Shenyang City,and the analysis and Research on the research results,and put forward corresponding suggestions.It is hoped that it will contribute to the improvement of the quality of clinical pharmaceutical care and provide reference for promoting the development of clinical pharmaceutical care so as to benefit more patients.Methods: Using the method of literature research,field surveys and other methods,the clinical pharmacy service from three hospitals in Shenyang as the research object,the person in charge,the clinical pharmacists and patients were interviewed and questionnaire survey to the pharmacy department of Shenyang city 20 three level of first-class hospital,and investigate the collected results of data analysis.Result: In the investigation of Shenyang city 20 three hospitals,80 clinical pharmacists and 210 patients,the results of the survey focused on the management system,pharmaceutical care,pharmacy consultation,professional knowledge and training of clinical pharmacy,popularity and so on,all have impact on the quality of clinical pharmacy service in three hospitals in Shenyang city to a certain extent.Conclusion: At present,there is still much room for improvement in the quality of clinical pharmaceutical care in three grade A hospitals in Shenyang.Therefore,we should consider from many angles and strengthen the quality of clinical pharmacy service in many ways.Three grade a hospital in Shenyang city to improve the management system,strengthen the pharmaceutical care,rich pharmaceutical consultation form,pay attention to pharmacists,increase publicity and education,enhance public awareness,in order to improve the quality of clinical pharmacy services.
