Based On Literature Research, The Rule Of Chinese Medicine Treatment Of Pulmonary Fibrosis Was Discussed

Purpose : This study by reference to clinical research literature in recent 20 years of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of pulmonary fibrosis,pulmonary fibrosis drug laws for systems and discussion,trying to fully absorb that predecessors' experience to sum up medication characteristics of pulmonary fibrosis to guide clinical.Material and method:With "pulmonary fibrosis,pulmonary impotent,pulmonary bi,pulmonary interstitial lesions,traditional Chinese medicine".Without the keyword "animal","rat","mouse" for advanced search.With "CNKI," as the goal to search database.With "October 1997 to September,2016," as the retrieval time.Retrieved included in the standard of traditional Chinese medicine literature a total of 44 for the treatment of pulmonary fibrosis.Through the frequency analysis method to sort out the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of pulmonary fibrosis drug frequency,Chinese medicine classification,sexual taste,Meridian,TCM syndrome classification,disease syndrome,high frequency syndrome type compound medication characteristics,drug situation.Clustering analysis of compound drugs under traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of pulmonary fibrosis with high frequency syndrome was performed by IBM SPSS Statistics20.0 software.SPSS Clementine12.0 software was used to analyze drug association rules.Results:1.Frequency of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of pulmonary fibrosis :The total number of traditional Chinese medicine is 148,frequency 647.There are 17 kinds of Chinese medicines more than ten times,including Astragalus membranaceus,the root of red-rooted salvia,angelica,licorice,radix glehniae,radix Ophiopogonis,peach kernel,bitter apricot,Ligusticum wallichii,Codonopsis pilosula,scutellaria baicalensis.The high frequency of treatment for pulmonary fibrosis drugs(more than twenty times):Astragalus membranaceus,angelica,radix glehniae,the root of red-rooted salvia.2.Classification results of Chinese medicine:Among the 44 literatures published after the standard screening,refer to 18 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines.Number of Drugs> 10 of traditional Chinese medicine were: Tonic drugs,heat-clearing drugs,apophlegmatisant and antitussive,drug for invigorating blood circulation and eliminating stasis,Solution medicine.The tonic drugs frequency of complement ranks first.3.Analysis of drugs,taste and channel tropism used in treatment of pulmonary fibrosis:The frequency of drugs flavor is Sweet,bitter,pungent,salty,astringent,acid,light.The drugs performance frequency is cold,warm,flat,cold,hot.The frequency sorting of traditional Chinese medicine is lung,liver,spleen,stomach,kidney,heart,large intestine,gallbladder,bladder,small intestine,pericardium meridian.4.Pulmonary fibrosis syndrome classification and disease syndrome:Analysis of the inclusion of standard selection after the 44 literature,the induction type mainly includes the primary asthenia-secondary sthenia syndrome(Qi and Yin Deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis),25;Qi and Yin Salvia,Ophiopogon japonicus + licorice.Conclusion:1.Treatment of pulmonary fibrosis commonly used in traditional Chinese medicine for Astragalus,Angelica,Salvia,licorice.2.Pulmonary fibrosis patients with tonic drugs in the first category,governance to tonic-based.3.Through the statistical drug taste of the drug found mainly for the sweet,bitter,sweet taste,mainly for the warm,cold,flat,the drug by the top three lung,liver,stomach,spleen.4.Pulmonary fibrosis pathology is the primary asthenia-secondary sthenia syndrome,to Qi and Yin Deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis mainly.5.Through the analysis of the compound drug cluster analysis,it is found that the poly-type is mainly used for the drug with high frequency of use,and the drug is mainly composed of qi yin yin effect;Table-based drugs;poly three types of blood to the main blood stasis,descending lung disease-based drugs.And the main syndromes characteristics of the primary asthenia-secondary sthenia syndrome(Qi and Yin Deficiency,phlegm stem network-based)syndrome elements consistent.6.Through the correlation analysis,the main drug group was tonic and phlegm and blood stasis group,which was consistent with the classification characteristics of pulmonary fibrosis syndrome and clinical drug use.
