The Bapwv Results Of Patients With Hypercholesterolemia Were Analyzed For The Distribution Of The Constitution Of The Chinese Medicine

Objective: Study of hypercholesterolemia and brachial ankle pulse wave velocity(ba PWV)correlation,to explore the correlation of hypercholesterolemia and TCM Constitution,and the correlation between ba PWV and TCM Constitution,provide a theoretical basis for the risk stratification of Chinese and Western Medicine found that early atherosclerosis and cardiovascular disease,clinical treatment.Materials and methods: From June 2016-2016 year in December in our hospital department of cardiology outpatient examination in 84 cases as the research object,a total of 43 cases of patients with hypercholesterolemia as the observation group,17 cases were male,26 were female,mean age 61.26 + 10.14 years;normal blood lipid as the control group were 41 cases,male 16 cases,female 25 cases the average age of 57.88 + 11.90 years.Diagnostic standard of Western medicine according to "2016 ESC/EAS guidelines for the management of dyslipidemia" enacted,the constitution types of traditional Chinese medicine and the standard according to the "Chinese constitution classification decision table" combination of tongue and pulse were evaluated,were detected by the Japanese VS-1000 ba PWV diagnosis of arteriosclerosis detection instrument.Patients were enrolled in basic data entry and medical history collection,and fill in the constitution classification of Chinese medicine.All data were analyzed by SPSS17.0 statistical software,P < 0.05,indicating significant difference.Result: 1.bapwv is positively related to total cholesterol level.2.the constitution of the hypercholesterolemia group was mostly blood stasis,followed by phlegm,dampness,peace and quality,and the control group was mostly composed of mild and phlegmatic,followed by Yang deficiency and dampness heat.3.phlegm dampness and blood stasis are dangerous constitutions of hypercholesterolemia.4.the comparison of ba PWV value between the constitutions of the hypercholesterolemia group: deficiency of Qi,blood stasis,dampness and heat,Yang deficiency,phlegm dampness,yin deficiency,yin and yang.Conclusion: There is a positive correlation between hypercholesterolemia and brachial ankle pulse wave velocity,through the analysis of patients with hypercholesterolemia ba PWV results of the evaluation of the degree of arteriosclerosis,and provide a theoretical basis for the assessment of cardiovascular disease risk for early atherosclerosis.Through the evaluation of individual Chinese medicine constitution,timely intervention high risk physique,"do not cure disease",not disease first prevention,to reduce the incidence of disease is of great significance.
