The Clinical Study Of Fire-needle Combined With Rehabilitation Training On Spastic Hemiplegia After Stroke

ObjectiveIn the search, with adopting the method of randomized, controlled clinical trials, to evaluate the curative effect of fire-needle combined with rehabilitation training on spastic hemiplegia, discuss the impact of fire-needle treatment and specification of rehabilitation therapy for stroke patients with spastic paralysis motor function and ability of daily life, aimed to explore a simple and effective method for the treatment of limb spasm after cerebral apoplexy, in order to reduce cerebral apoplexy patients with limb spasm of negative factors of recovery in the future, and to explore the curative effect and the relationship between curative effect and treatment.MethodsDuiring the period of 2014/1 to 2015/1, we selected 62 spastic hemiplegia patients who accepted treatment in the outpatient-department of LiXin clinic in Taipei, then randomly divided the illness into the treatment group treated by fire-needle combined with rehabilitation training, and a control group treated by acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training method.The experimental group(treated by fire-needle combined with rehabilitation training) was based on the pain points near the tendons of shoulder joints, elbow, knee joints,ankles, or according the rule which "where pain is the way" to choose the pain points or scleroma, three times a week, every other day, totally 4 weeks in this study. The control group(treated by acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training method) was based the points of acupuncture, which choose Jiquan-Points, Chize-Points, Neiguan-Points on the upper limbs, which choose Shuxi-Points, Yinlingquan-Points, Sanyinjiao-Points on the lower limbs, according-to the syndrome differentiation to choose points, treating three times a week, every other day, totally 4 weeks in this study in this study. The rehabilitation training of two groups choose different training methods according to different ways, emphasis on individualized treatment. Adopts "one-on-one" method, and according to the functional status of patients with be tweaked to improve treatment. Each time each disease choose 1 or 2 kinds of training methods, training time is 50 minutes every time, training three times a week, and the next one, a total of 4 weeks training.Estimating the data get through the FCA score,NDS score, FMA score and CSI score before and after 2 weeks’treatment, after 4 weeks’treatment.Results62 cases have been completed, of which 31 cases in treatment group, and other 31 cases in control group. The comparison baseline of two groups of patients was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05), and they are comparable. Compared two groups of clinical curative effect, total effective rate of treatment group was 90.32%, compare with total effective rate of control group was 93.55%, and it is no statistically significant difference(P>0.05), showed that fire needle combined with rehabilitation therapy for the treatment of limb spastic hemiplegia after stroke overall effectiveness and the acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy difference is not obvious. Compare before and after treatment, the treatment group after treatment for 2 weeks and 4 weeks, the FCA scores,NDS score, FMA score and CSI score are all better, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), suggesting that after 2 weeks or 4 weeks of treatment, fire needle combined with rehabilitation therapy can obviously improve the scores. The control group after treatment for 2 weeks of FCA scores, NDS score,FMA score and CSI score was no statistically significant difference compared with the group before treatment (P>0.05), and 4 weeks after treatment the score are better, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), indicating that the acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy in 2 weeks after treatment cannot improve the score, but it can after 4 weeks. Comparison between groups:2 weeks after treatment, the treatment group is better in the FCA score, NDS score, FMA score and CSI score, and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);4 weeks after treatment, the two groups have no statistical difference in the scores(P>0.05). That fire needle combined with rehabilitation therapy for limb spastic hemiplegia after a stroke is faster, but the final two groups of treatment effect is not obvious difference. Conclusion①Both of fire needle combined with rehabilitation therapy and acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of limb spastic hemiplegia after stroke, promote the function of patients’ limb recovery.②The curative effect, of fire needle combined with rehabilitation therapy and of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy on the treatment of limb spastic hemiplegia after stroke,is no difference.③Compare to acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy, the fire needle combined with rehabilitation therapy work faster on the treatment of limb spastic hemiplegia after stroke.
