The Effect Of Acupuncture At Fengchi Acupoint On TCD In Patients With Dysphagia After Stroke

Purpose:Exploring the relationship between GB20 and cerebral hemodynamics and the effects of GB20 on TCD in patients with dysphagia after stroke,by the changes of cerebral blood flow before and after the detection of TCD by acupuncture。Material and method:In this study,35 patients with dysphagia after stroke were enrolled in it.All the patients met the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria,and alos met the weed-out criteria.On the basis of self control,sticking GB20 respectively before and after transcranial color Doppler(TCD)and cerebral vascular parameters were detected and compared before and after the treatment of anterior cerebral artery(ACA),middle cerebral artery(MCA),posterior cerebral artery(PCA)and basilar artery(BV),vertebral artery(VA)in the brain the blood flow changes before and after,and at the same time comparing the difference between different duration and location,.All was used by T test,observing whether it has a statistical significance.。Results: 1.It has a significantly different(P < 0.05)of the blood flow between the afer acupuncture and before acupuncture,It means Vm,Vs of ACA,MCA,PCA,BA,VA were significantly increased after acupuncture,and also there is a good change in PI.So there is a significant effect on cerebral blood flow in patients with stroke dysphagia after acupuncture BG20.2.According to different location of stoke,there is a significantly increase(p<0.01)in Vm,Vs of ACA,MCA,PCA,BA,VA and a good change of PI after sticking BG20 in both the basal ganglia patients.There is also a increase(P<0.05)in Vm of ACA、MCA,PCA,BA,VA after sticking BG20 in the brainstem patients.3.According to different duration of stoke,there is a significantly increase(P<0.01)in Vs of ACA,MCA,PCA,BA,VA after sticking BG20 in both less-than-3 months patients.There is a s increase(P<0.05)in Vs of ACA、MCA,PCA,BA,VA after sticking BG20 in the 3-6 months patients.4.According to different duration of stoke,there is a significantly increase(P<0.01)in Vm of ACA,MCA,PCA,BA,VA after sticking BG20 in the less-than-3 months patients.There is also a significantly increase(P<0.01)in Vm of MCA,BA,VA and a increase(P<0.05)in Vm of ACA、PCA after sticking BG20 in the 3-6 months patients.5.According to different duration of stoke,there is a quite good change(P<0.01)in PI of ACA,MCA,PCA,BA,VA after sticking BG20 in both less-than-3 months patients and 3-6 months patients.Conclusion: 1.Acupuncture BG20 can improve the hemodynamic speed of Vs,Vm,of ACA,MCA,PCA,BA,Vs,double VA and make a good change in PI.2.There is a improvement in immediate TCD indicators after acupuncture GB20 among the within-6 months patients.which is less than three months in patients with Vs,Vm is better than 3-6 months patients;3.There is a increase in Vm,Vs of ACA,MCA,PCA,BA,VA and a good change of PI after sticking BG20 in both basal ganglia patients and.brainstem patients.,but indications of TCD in basal ganglia patients is better than it in the brainstem patients.
