Comparison Of Ultrasonic Acupoint Treatment And Acupuncture Treatment For Calculous Cholecystitis

Purpose:Observation of the curative effect of acupuncture treatment on the Ultrasonic treatment of calculous cholecystitis by acupuncture and comparing the using value。Material and method:Calculous Cholecystitis patients were randomly divided into blank control group,ultrasonic acupuncture treatment group and acupuncture treatment group,these groups were given routine western medicine rehydration,anti-inflammatory and other symptomatic treatment,ultrasonic acupuncture treatment group therapy and acupuncture treatment group take the same point.During treatment,the clinical symptom scores before and after treatment in patients with groups,monitoring time and observe abdominal turn positive signs in patients with peripheral blood c-reactive Protein(C-Reactive Protein,CRP)changes and statistical method for treating patients with satisfaction after treatment.Results:Ultrasonic acupuncture treatment group,the acupuncture treatment group’s clinical symptom scores,abdomen turn positive signs time and c-reactive protein were better than the blank control group,after statistics analysis,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Ultrasonic acupuncture treatment group,the acupuncture treatment group’s clinical symptom scores,abdomen turn positive signs and CRP of roughly the same time,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).The patients with ultrasonic acupoints were more satisfied with the treatment method than those in the needle group,statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.The recovery of patients with calculitic cholecystitis can be promoted by ultrasonography and acupuncture treatment.2.The therapeutic effect of ultrasonic acupoint treatment and acupuncture treatment is similar,the ultrasonic acupoint treatment is better than acupuncture,and it has good practical value.
