Analysis Of Related Factors Of Acute Exacerbation Of Chronic Pancreatitis And The Significance Of Chinese Medicine Intervention

Purpose:To observe the acute attack of patients with chronic pancreatitis after treatment,to explore the various factors related to the acute attack of chronic pancreatitis and the relationship between Traditional Chinese medicine syndromes,and the clinical observation on the acute attack of chronic pancreatitis after Traditional Chinese medicine intervention.Material and method:Selected 308 patients diagnosed with chronic pancreatitis,and treatment in our hospital in August 2008~March 2016.After systemic treatment,discharged from the hospital after the condition get better.And,through a referral or telephone follow-up,count the number of recurrent patients.First,Single factor analysis was performed by chi-square test and group t test,to explore the risk factors associated with acute attack of chronic pancreatitis,then there will be statistically significant variables into non-conditional logistic regression model for multivariate analysis.At last,Chinese medicine intervention to chronic pancreatitis acute attack using chi-square test was used for analysis.Results:88 cases in the 308 cases were recured,the acute attack rate was 28.57%,univariate analysis showed that:Biliary system diseases(P=0.036),pancreatic duct obstruction(P=0.022),drinking(P=0.016),hyperlipidemia(P=0.015),P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that these factors are risk factors for acute attack of chronic pancreatitis.Gender(P=0.443),age(P=0.480),hypercalcemia(P=0.837),P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant,indicating that these factors are not the risk factors for acute attack of chronic pancreatitis.Different Traditional Chinese medicine syndromes in patients within 1 year again the incidence of acute attack,P=0.018<0.05,differences were also statistically significant.Multivariate analysis showed:Traditional Chinese medicine syndromes(P=0.001),biliary system diseases(P=0.002),pancreatic duct obstruction(P=0.005),drinking(P=0.008)hyperlipidemia(P=0.043),P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,Indicating that these factors in the process of acute attack of chronic pancreatitis compared to the more prominent.Chinese medicine for the prevention of acute attack of chronic pancreatitis than the control group(P=0.022<0.05),the difference was statistically significant,indicating that Chinese medicine have a role in the prevention of acute attack of chronic pancreatitis.Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine syndromes,biliary system diseases,pancreatic duct obstruction,hyperlipidemia,drinking,these factors are risk factors for acute attack of chronic pancreatitis.Traditional Chinese medicine syndromes and biliary system diseases factors in the process of acute attack of chronic pancreatitis compared to the more prominent,and the correlation decreasing one by one.Chinese medicine for prevent the acute attack of chronic pancreatitis have a certain effect.
