Purpose: This study based on cases of hospitalized patients data that were clearly diagnosed PCIV from Neurology Department of our hospital which were observed insequence.In order to understand clinical efficacy and safety for the Acupoint sticking therapy,improve the clinical curative effect of TCM therapy for vertigo.Materials and method: The study selected random 60 cases of vertigo in hospital encephalopathy,Second Hospital Affiliated to Liaoning University of traditional Chinese Medicine from Department of 2015 to 2016,including 33 male patients,27 cases of female patients,age between 35 and 88 years of age.we brought them who conform to inclusive criteria in sequence.The 30 cases of patients only with routine treatment.Another 30 cases in conventional therapy plus with the neck attach application.The one will be regarded as the control group in the conventional treatment group,the other with acupoint sticking group as observation group conventional therapy.The two groups were all given conventional therapy14 days,the other group was given Qing xuan san,once everyday,30 minutes every time.Use the DARS scale and the TCM symptoms scale to rate.SPSS17.0 software was used for statistical analysis of clinical data and data,and finally combined with medical knowledge,the statistical results were discussed and analyzed.Results:1.The balance between two groups1.1There are 20 female patients and 10 male patients in the observation group,13 male patients and 17 female patients in the control group.The mean age in the observation group is65.30,the other group is 66.73.After statistical analysis,the general situation is compared.(P>0.05)1.2The points of DARS scale before treatment are compared in two groups(P>0.05).The points of symptoms scale of TCM before treatment are compared in two groups(P>0.05).2.Results compared2.1The results of the DARS scale compared The two groups after treatment are compared with before treatment in the DARS scale,the points after treatment are lower than before,including the two groups before treatment are different with the points after treatment(P<0.05)Total effect rate from the observation group in the DARS scale is 93.33%,the other group is 66.67%,indicating the total curative effect of the observation group is better.2.2The results of the symptoms scale of TCM compared The two groups after treatment are compared with before treatment in the symptoms scale of TCM,the points after treatment are lower than before,including the two groups before treatment are different with the points after treatment(P<0.05)Total effect rate from the observation group in the symptoms scale of TCM is 93.33%,the other group is 66.67%,indicating the total curative effect of the observation group is better.3.There were no adverse reactions in the observation group and the control group during the period of application of drug therapy and there was no interruption of treatment because of serious adverse events.Conclusion:1.Neck acupoint application combined with routine treatment and routine treatment can improve the points in the DARS scale,but the neck acupoint application combined with routine treatment is better than the conventional treatment.2.Neck acupoint application combined with routine treatment and routine treatment can improve the points in TCM symptoms scale,but the neck acupoint application combined with routine treatment is better than the conventional treatment.3.Neck acupoint application according to the integration concept of traditional Chinese medicine and external treatment for internal diseases,meanwhile according to the principle meridian courses,from the inside to the outside to treat vertigo,safe and effective,worthy of clinical use.
