| Objective: Searched the literatures about acupuncture treatment of insomnia of heart-spleen deficiency RCTs in Chinese or English,according to evidence-based medicine to do the Systems Review which the study was conducted by acupuncture or acupuncture combined with other therapies,thenget the better way for the treatment to make evidence for the clinic.Methods: 1 Literature search: Made inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria.Used computer intelligent retrieval and manual searching to search the literatures,the language were Chinese and English,collect the RCTs about acupuncture treatment ofinsomnia of heart-spleen deficiency.Primary data base: China Journal Full Text Database(CNKI),Chinese cqvip periodical database(VIP),Wanfang database,Chinese biomedical database(CBM disc),Pubmed,Cochranelibrary,MEDLINE,EMBASE.Manual searched the major magazine such as Chinese Acupuncture,Moxibustion,Acupuncture Research,Journal of Clinical Acupuncture and Moxibustion,and Shanghai Journal of Acupuncture and Moxibustion,time from 01.2010 to 12.2016.2 Literature evaluation quality: The RCTs literatures which were accord with the inclusion criteria were independently evaluated by two researchers for quality assessment and data extraction.3 Statistical analysis: Used the statistical software which offered by Cochrane Collaboration network(Review Manager 5.3)to do the data analysis.Did the analysis and test of heterogeneity test and combined effect to the inclusion literatures;Did qualitative analysis to the literature which couldn't be combined to analyze.Result:1 There're 76 literatures,72 literatures were Chinese,and 4literatures were English.There're 15 literatures which accorded with inclusive criteria,and they're all RCTs,and there're1002insomnia ofheart-spleen deficiency patients in all.2 Literature evaluation quality: Among of the 15 literatures,there're 5 intermediate studies and 10 rudimentary studies.3 Statistical analysis:Combined effect analysis showed:(1)Acupuncture or acupuncture combined with other therapies had determinate influence to the effective rate ofinsomnia of heart-spleen deficiency,the combined study showed acupuncture or acupuncture combined with other therapies was better than only taking western medicine or only taking traditional Chinese medicine.(2)Acupuncture or acupuncture combined with other therapies had determinate influence to the PSQI score of insomnia of heart-spleen deficiency,the combined study showed acupuncture or acupuncture combined with other therapies was better than only taking western medicine or only taking traditional Chinese medicine.(3)Secondary index: sleep quality,drop asleep time,hours of sleep,sleep efficiency,sleep disorder and daytime function,the evaluate results showed there's great heterogenicityamong some of them,but the total combined effect showed acupuncture or acupuncture combined with other therapies was better than only taking western medicine or only taking traditional Chinese medicine,only the effect of sodium amytal showed western medicine was better than acupuncture.Conclusion: The comparison between acupuncture or acupuncture combined with other therapies and only taking western medicine or only taking traditional Chinese medicine showed curative effect difference,the effective rate and PSQI score of treatinginsomnia of heart-spleen deficiency,acupuncture or acupuncture combined with other therapies was better than only taking western medicine or only taking traditional Chinese medicine. |
