Background Polio is an acute viral infectious diseases which causes serious damage to the human,the pathogens is the polio virus.Polio virus is a kind of human intestinal virus,after infecting the body,it causes typicalparalysis symptoms by invasive spinal motor neuron.Polio is likely to be the second human infectious disease to be eradicated in the world.In china,the polio laboratory network in provincial center for disease control,due to the work of polio prevention and control,the daily work of the network laboratory include cell culture,virus isolates,neutralization of poliovirus and type internal identification,they also include detection and analysis of cases of acute flaccid paralysis(AFP),contacts,mobile population,healthy people,and samples from the environment,it plays an important role in the elimination and maintenance of the polio-free state.In the polio laboratory,there is a high risk of accidental exposure and exposure to infectious samples or viruses for polio laboratory workers.At the same time,due to the prevalence of polio virus in a small number of countries around our country,China faces the risk of entering the polio epidemic.As a high-risk occupational population,therefore,the laboratory staff are still under the threat of polio,their health is not just about their own interests,but also about national security and social stability.Immunization against poliovirus laboratory workers is one of the most important means of reducing the risk of infection among laboratory personnel and transmission of polio virus.Objective To understand the polio immune status and immune will of network laboratory staff in provincial center for disease control in China,on this basis,the paper analyzed the risk of infection,is put forward in accordance with China's national conditions suitable for polio immunization strategy of laboratory staff to provide the reference,the greatest degree of reducing polio laboratory infection and the risk of polio transmission.Methods From October to December,2016,selected national provincial center for disease control and prevention of polio network laboratory professionals to beinvestigation object,with the method of questionnaire survey,collected the basic information,immune status,people immune to such information,and used the SAS software and chi-square,exact probability method on the immune and immune to influence factors of statistical analysis,with P<0.05 for the difference was statistically significant.Result 1The survey included 77 men,28 men(36.4%)and 49 women(63.6%).The age group of 20-is 16(20.8%),30-is 33(42.8%),40-is 19(24.7%),and 50-is 9(11.7%).There are 17 junior titles(22.0%),the intermediate title is 30 people(39.0%),the deputy senior title is 17(22.1%),and the professional title is 13(16.9%).College degree and below 10 people(13.0%),bachelor degree and above 67(87.0%).The personnel overall quality is higher,the configuration is reasonable.2 Immunization and its influencing factors The baseline immunization for polio is 60(about 78%),and 17 people are not immune(about 22%).After working with poliovirus,the vaccine is 66(about 86%),and the 11 are incomplete(about 14%).Immune factors:age and vaccination status,chi-square value(?2 = 2.48),P<0.05;Title and vaccination status,chi-square value(?2 = 2.51),P<0.05;Working hours and vaccinations,P<0.0001;Education and vaccination status,chi-square value(?2=0.76),P = 0.46;Gender and vaccination status,chi-square value(?2= 0.46),P =0.50).3 Immune will and its influencing factors There were 75 people who are willing to vaccinate,97.4%of the total.There were 50 people who had chosen IPV(66.7%),25 people who had chosen OPV(33.3%).Most of them are willing to immune when they have a low levels of antibody levels and prior to entry in the laboratory;Of the 13 people who were concerned about vaccination,11(84.6%)were concerned about the adverse reactions caused by vaccines.With age,title,education,gender,work time is,according to the influence factors analysis of immune to the age and the choice of vaccine,chi-square value(?2 = 1.78),P<0.05).Conclusion The results of the study showed that the Chinese polio network laboratory personnel are better immune,it accounted for 41 percent of the total of 3 doses and the complete information of the inoculation,and the complete information of the inoculation records.In the case of inoculation,the group was more likely to be vaccinated against IPV when they were in their position and when they had low levels of the antibody.Overall,the Chinese polio network laboratory staffs are well equipped with the good foundation for the development of their immune strategies.Major problems(1)The basic immunization information of some staff members is unclear(2)The information on the vaccination of the polio vaccine after work has been incomplete(3)Most workers are willing to be vaccinated against the IPV,but the vaccine available now is OP V(4)The lack of a complete vaccination strategy for the staff of the polio laboratory(5)There is a lack of assessment of the risk of polio infection for polio laboratory personnel.Strategies and suggestions(1)To establish suitable for China's national conditions of specifications complete polio laboratory personnel(2)The regular monitoring of polio immunization strategy network laboratory personnel antibody levels in the body,combines the condition of inoculation reasonably evaluate the risk of polio infection.(3)Incorporating IPV into the polio laboratory's immunization programme(4)To improve the immunological planning strategies of the laboratory population for vaccine-preventable diseases.
