Higher requirements are put forward to the safety supervision of occupational health hazards due to economic development,technical progress and safety awareness increasing.Research and development of occupational health hazard supervision system of metal and non-metal mines to improve the level of regulation and reduce incidence of occupational diseases has the vital practical significance.This article meets the needs of daily supervision on metal and non-metal mines occupational health hazards,uses the metal and non-metal mines as a research object,analysis occupational hazard factors of stope,concentrator,the tailings dam in opencast and underground mines,aims at the proceeding of design and development on the metal and non-metal mines occupational health hazard supervision system with a combination of technologies,such as the Communication Technology,the Computer Technology and so on.According to the basic principle of theory and design of The System Engineering,not only considering the government's occupational safety and health supervision but also combining local company their own occupational health management conditions.The occupational health hazard supervision system of metal and non-metal mines is divided into two subsystems,the government version of the occupational health system and enterprise occupational health system.Studies show that the system can realize the function of the declare of occupational health,the monitoring of occupational health,health surveillance,occupational hazard accidents query,statistics statements,occupational health management in enterprise and so on.which has the good management functions and strong practicability,based on the PHP as a server-side development language,browser like IE,Safari,Firefox,Opera browser as the client operating environment,Apache as the Web server software,MySQL database as a platform to manage the data of system.The dust,chemical poisons and physical factors provided by the monitoring data of occupational health hazard,combining the occupational health examination project,such as inquiry,internal medicine,surgery,ent,dermatology,neurology,laboratory projects,equipment inspection and so on which provide the basis of looking for sources of pollution,ensure the health of people who contact the occupational health hazard,make the occupational health laws and occupational health regulations.System of this research will form metal and non-metal companies with regulators into a wide area network in nationwide,effective integration with occupational health text message and monitoring data,which will provide advantages for global or individual major hazard installations supervision so that supervisor could master serious occupational hazards enterprise regulatory and safety condition,improve the regulation efficiency significantly.
