Y Rehabilitation Medical Institution Development Strategy Research

Rehabilitation therapy is the important part of the modern medical service system.With the improvement of living standards and quality of life in China and people's deepening cognition of rehabilitation therapy as well as the coming of the aging society,new patterns and ideas have been required in the technology and service of rehabilitation therapy.Chain rehabilitation hospital is the future of private-owned rehabilitation therapy.As it is almost blank in the research field,the research on management of rehabilitation hospitals has abundant practical value from the aspect of investment and operation.Resource sharing in the service content and form of chain hospital may not only help to improve the technology,service level and brand image of hospitals,but also facilitate patients and save social costs.This article analyzes the inner and outer environment as well as the advantages and threats of Y medical institution,by using PEST model,Michael Porter's Five Forces Model and SWOT Matrix.By analyzing the situation of chain hospital,with the cooperation of the third level hospital and extended service of community health service institution as well as the operation pattern of the third level chain medical service,this article chooses the combination of growth-oriented strategy and WT strategy,which focus on the distinctive rehabilitation therapy of cerebral apoplexy and orthopedics,in order to expand the business,raise the brand image and strengthen the core competition.This article also raises the suitable strategy and risk prevention measues for Y medical institution,that is,a tertiary rehabilitation medical service system.With the analysis of its strategic environment and orientation,this article raises the application of a tertiary rehabilitation medical service system.This stategy uses the chain pattern to integrate resources,and to realize the large-scale and standardized operation network,both of which is helpful to improve the core competition of Y medical institution and provide the valuable experience for the chain pattern of national rehabilitation medical institutions.
