Uighur medicine is one of the important parts of traditional medicine and Silk Road medicine in China,and it is one of the four national medicine of our country.Uygur people in Xinjiang,China had experienced a long medical practice,fighting against the disease,and summarized the relatively perfect Uighur medical system.Uighur medicine has a unique theory and rich clinical experience in drug use.Uygur medicine is mainly used in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,but in recent years,Uighur patent medicine gradually accepted by patients in the Mainland because of its efficacy.Therefore,in this paper,we will systematically sort out the related literatures of the "toxicity" of the Uighur medicine and the adverse reaction literatures of Uighur patent medicine,with a view to improving the importance of the related content of the toxicity of Uighur medicine and promoting the development of Uygur medicine.The research is mainly carried out in the following three aspects.1 Brief Introduction to the Uighur Medicine and the Research Progress of Its ToxicityThis paper briefly introduces the development of the Uighur medicine,the basic theories of the Uighur pharmacy and the Uighur formulae.The results reveal that Uighur Medicial application has a long history,Uighur medicine has a relatively systematic theory system,and as early as the Qin and Han Dynasties,there are records that Uighur Medicine use toxic drug to cure disease,indicating that Uighur medicine had accumulated rich experience of the use of toxic drug;because Uighur medicine has records of the toxicity in the course of curing dieases,the paper reviewed the modern researches of Uighur medicine that related to the content of toxicity,and found that Uighur medical researches focused on the experimental researches of toxicity evaluation.However,little attention has been paid to the theoretical study on the"toxicity" and the literature on the adverse drug reactions.Therefore,it is necessary to study the literatures about the drug "poison" and the adverse reaction literature of Uighur patent medicine systematically.2 A Study on the Literatures of "Toxicity" of Traditional Uighur medicine Based on Classical LiteratureThe literature that based on the classic literature of Uighur medical "toxicity" is divided into four parts to study.Study of classic literature are the meanings of Uighur medical "toxicity",the summary of single poisonous Uighur herbs and toxic reactions,the literatures study of reduce toxicity,the literatures study of the principle of the whole medication,drug contraindications and dosage respectively.Based on the "Chinese Medicine Uygur Materia Medica","The Chinese Encyclopedia of Uyghur Medicine" and "Avicenna's Canon of Medicine",the paper summarized the related contents of the meaning of Uighur medical "toxicity",and found that the meanings of "toxicity" in the literature can be divided into three aspects,namely,pathogenic factors are poison,name of the diseases are toxicity and drug toxicity.The pathogenic factors can be divided into exogenous etiology and endogenous etiology.the drug toxicity can be divided into generalized poison and narrow sense of the poison.In summary,the meanings of Uighur medical "toxicity" are abundant.The paper is based on "Chinese Medicine Uygur Materia Medica","The Chinese Encyclopedia of Uyghur Medicine","Drug Sandard of Chinese Ministry of Health"' "standards of pieces processing of Chinese herbals and Uighur herbals of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region"(2010 edition),"Uighur herbals Standards of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Regionl"(2010 edition(first volume))to summarize and analyze single poisonous Uighur medicine and toxic reactions.The results show that 38 poisonous Uyghur herbs are clearly marked in the"Chinese Medicine Uygur Materia Medica".72 Uyghur herbals that don't marked toxicity,but belong to the intense herbal nature.29 poisonous Uyghur herbs are clearly marked in the"Chinese Encyclopedia of Uyghur Medicine".82 Uyghur herbals that don't marked toxicity,but belong to the intense herbal nature.5 poisonous Uyghur herbs are clearly marked in the"Drug Sandard of Chinese Ministry of that involved in adverse reactions caused by single poisonous Uighur medicine were divided into fifteen categories:skin tissue,digestive system,urinary system,motion system,respiratory system,nervous system,circulatory system,immune system,reproductive system,internal organs,general reaction,hemorrhage,shock,coma,and death.Based on the monography of "Avicenna's Canon of Medicine","Chinese Medicine Uygur Materia Medica",and"The Chinese Encyclopedia of Uyghur Medicine",the paper summarized and analyzed poisonous Uyghur Medicine literatures of reduce toxicity.The results show that detoxifying methods of poisonous Uyghur medicine can be grouped into eight categories,namely,processing,correction medicine,change the dosage forms,the body's own detoxification,diet detoxification,touching method detoxification,drug combination detoxification and substitute drug detoxification,It is pointed out that Uyghur medicine attache great importance to the safe application of Uyghur drugs.The detoxification methods are diverse and have great research value.The paper also summarized and analysed literatures of principles of the whole medication,drug contraindications and dosage.The paper is based on the "Chinese Medicine Uygur Materia Medica","The Chinese Encyclopedia of Uyghur Medicine","Drug Sandard of Chinese Ministry of Health ","standards of pieces processing of Chinese herbals and Uighur herbals of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region"(2010 edition),"Uighur herbals Standards of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region"(2010 edition(first volume)),and "Avicenna's Canon of Medicine" to summarize and analyse the principle of the whole medication,drug contraindications and dosage respectively.The results show that the principles of drug use are divided into six principles:medication principle of treatment of inflammatory swelling,principles of medication for pain treatment,principles of medication of purgative drugs and etc.Medication taboos of toxic Uyghur medicine can be divided into 36 kinds of people prohibited,including pregnant women prohibited,children prohibited,baby prohibited.And 20 kinds of people with caution,including pregnant women with caution,children with caution,the elderly with caution.Compared with the dosages of poisonous herbs that are recorded in "Chinese Pharmacopoeia"(2015 Edition),maximum dosages of 7 poisonous herbs that are recorded in Uyghur medicine monograph are larger,for example cinnabar,realgar,clove,cistanche,pepper and bezoar.The maximum dosage of other 30 Uyghur herbs that are recorded in Uyghur medicine monograph is equal to or less than the maximum dosage that recorded in "Chinese Pharmacopoeia",indicating that the dosage regulations of poisonous Uyghur herbs by Uyghur medicine are safe and reasonable relatively.3 Study on Adverse Drug Reactions of Traditional Chinese Medicine Based on Modern LiteratureBased on the CNKI database,the Wanfang database and the VIP database,we collected the relevant literatures on the adverse drug reactions of the Uygur patent medicines.All of them are extracted from the "Drug Sandard of Chinese Ministry of Health".Literatures of adverse drug reactions are divided into two parts:the study of ADRs of single medication and the ADRs of combined therapy.The adverse drug reactions are analyzed from the aspects of Uygur patent medicines species of adverse reactions,clinical manifestations of adverse reactions,route of administration,the history of drug hypersensitivity,and adverse treatment outcome.The results showed that the number of Uygur patent medicines that occurred adverse reactions is 13,and adverse reactions almost occurred in the skin and digestive system.After treatment,to exclude adverse reactions to correct the results of unknown patients,the patients excluded patients of unknown treatment results are good after healing.The occurrence of adverse reactions may be related to the toxic components in the drug,enhancement of drug effects,individual differences,the way of administration and the combination of drugs.In summary,the paper based on the literature,the paper systematically sort out the related literatures of the "toxicity" of the Uighur medicine and the adverse reaction literatures of Uighur patent medicine,with a view to improving the importance of the related content of the toxicity of Uighur medicine and promoting the development of Uygur medicine.Providing literature basis of the Uighur drugs safety and related research.
