With the improvement of people's living standard and the aging of the population,the morbidity and mortality of heart disease are increasing.Therefore,the prevention and diagnosis of heart disease has important research significance.ECG recording ECG is usually used to diagnose and analyze cardiac diseases.However,ECG signals are not easy to be processed and analyzed because of their strong nonstationarity and randomness.Therefore,ECG analysis and processing become modern biomedical detection of important research topics.Based on the analysis of ECG signals,this thesis studies the ECG signal preprocessing algorithms and the analysis of QRS wave detection algorithm,and designs a wireless ECG analysis system based on Lab VIEW..The specific content of thesis includes:(1)An improved wavelet threshold function is proposed,and the threshold rule is optimized.The improved wavelet threshold algorithm can filter out the power frequency interference and electromyoelectric interference in the ECG signal well.Combined with wavelet decomposition and reconstruction algorithm to determine the optimal number of decomposition layers,can be well filtered ECG baseline drift.The experimental results showed that the Signal Noise Ratio(SNR)of the ECG signal was increased by 6.86%and the RootMean Square Error(RMSE)decreased by 11.82%in the MIT-BIH database.(2)This thesis proposes a combination of wavelet transform and Hilbert transform of QRS wave detection algorithm,according to the amplitude threshold and QRS wave position,realized the R wave detection,at the same time the R wave to prevent undetection and inspection strategy.Improve envelope using the Hilbert transform to extract the ECG signal envelope,and improves the detection accuracy of R wave.The R-wave detection of 10 ECG signals was selected by MIT-BIH database.The experimental results showed that the accuracy of R-wave detection could reach 99.84%.Finally the R wave location information is used to calculate the RR interphase related parameters,such as complete heart rate variability of ECG signal time and frequency domain analysis,provide the basis for predicting heart disease.(3)Based on Lab VIEW a PC ECG signal analysis and processing system design software,design the ECG signal receiving,storage of ECG signals,ECG signal preprocessing,QRS wave detection,and heart rate variability analysis module,and based on MPS450 multi-parameter simulator,the ECG acquisition module and bluetooth transmission module set up wireless ECG signal analysis and processing hardware platform.The experimental results show that this system software can realize ECG signal receiving and storage,pretreatment,QRS wave detection and heart rate variability time-frequency analysis capabilities.
