ObjectiveBy discussing the cognitive,psychological,treatment and lifestyle factors of pre-menopausal women that may be relevant to the risk factors of recurrent Urinary Tract Infection,as well as through the acquisition of pre-menopausal women in TCM four diagnostic information,movement of the menopausal transition machine of syndrome characteristics of recurrent urinary tract infections,in order to fully recognize the menopausal transition in patients with recurrent Urinary Tract Infection in cognition,psychology,habits and customs of traditional Chinese medicine,western medicinal therapy and the risk factors associated with the disease in knowledge,for clinical work for pre-menopausal women in prevention of recurrent urinary tract infection and the reliable basis for health education,through obtaining the correct prevention knowledge,reduce the incidence of disease and the recurrence rate,so as to improve the quality of life of pre-menopausal women;At the same time hope that through the preliminary of the menopausal transition of recurrent Urinary Tract Infection(rUTI)of traditional Chinese medicine targeted to explore the features of the machine,for pre-menopausal recurrent urinary tract infections diseases of traditional Chinese medicine dialectical thought and put forward the control scheme of traditional Chinese medicine next mat foundation.MethodThis study collected pre-menopausal women who were treated in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine medical center,Beijing city clinic and Xiaoguan community in Chaoyang District and Dongfeng Beijing community health service center,between April 1,2016 to January 30,2017.These women have been confirmed or were previously diagnosed for recurrent Urinary Tract Infection in 30 cases as case group(rUTI group),and the non-recurrent urinary tract infection.In 30 cases of the control group(non rUTI group),questionnaires were used to collect demographic data,data of Cognition, psychology and therapy and data of day to day living habits.Single factors and multi factors non-conditional logistic regression analysis,frequency description and cluster analysis were implemented by SPSS 21.0 software.ResultsSingle factor and multi factors non-conditional logistic regression analysis revealed that delaying visit to a doctor,sedentary habits and withholding urine are risk factors for recurrent urinary tract infection.Systemic clustering analysis proved that excess and deficiency syndrome result from the malfunction of liver and kidney combined with phlegm-dampness,dampness-heat and blood stasis.Hyperactivity of yang and qi depression syndrome are the risk factors for recurrent urinary tract infection in pre-menopausal women.ConclusionsThere are risk factors in day to day living habits associated with Recurrent Urinary Tract Infection in women of pre-menopausal age.To reduce the risk of recurrent Urinary Tract Infection,these women must seek immediate medical attention,avoid sedentary and no holding back urine behavior.Based on deficiency syndrome,the existence of a variety of pathogenic empirical can increase the risk of recurrent urinary tract infection in pre-menopausal women.
